This place charged me 16 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese. Shameful and disgusting place. Next time I’ll bring my whole family, eat here and in the end I will pay with my liver and kidney. Anywhere besides this place a standard price for bacon egg and cheese is 6 dollars. I’m not a cheap guy either but it would be incredibly stupid to ever buy food from this greedy people. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF GALORE

The young lady at the register this morning lacks integrity. She absolutely lied to my face about using espresso in my iced latte. I watched her give service to everyone around me while I waited. To then experience her make my iced latte in a matter of 30 seconds, which would have required her to brew shots of espresso when she did not. When I asked her if she used espresso, she smiled and said yes. Which was not true, my latte taste as if it was made with espresso. How awkward would it be to have requested another, so I threw my $6 iced coffee in the garbage.

This place is lazy, I waited 40 minutes for one sandwich and the service here is remarkably bad. for the price, I would not recommend.

I changed my mind, this was terrible.the chef puts way, WAY, too much sauce on his pizza bagel. This thing is completely flooded and dripping with sauce. Should be a very thin layer. Why would you put this much mustard on a sandwich?

The shop is a great Ardsley staple. Coffee is a bit overpriced but bagels are better than Sunshine IMO.
What a difference a day makes. Yesterday the chap at the till was all doom and gloom. Today, the infectious energy of his tamale colleague put a smile on his face too. What about the food you ask? Yes, the blueberry pancakes were delicious.

Had fried chicken and some sides. Just taste wise, I would give this 3 stars as it's decent overall (chicken tastes good, some sides not so much like mac & cheese). But value/price wise, I'd bump it down to 2 as it's pricey especially for this quality.
Great place for a no-frills meal. Food is excellent and I haven't had any issues with customer service.

Cute mix between a bistro and a deli. Great bagels, loved the olive spread
The Shop knows how to deliver customer service and treat local service employees with respect. Great breakfast spot and the bagels are better than Sunshine.

Consistent, quality food
Food is sooo good.
We always come in for bagel breakfast sandwiches and every time it’s been delicious.
It’s nice for a date, meet with friends and bring your kids.
Literally the BEST sweet potato fries I have ever had!
They also have a good smoothie selection. Highly recommend!

Great place for a casual brunch. We had a large group (9), and they accommodated us without prior notice.
