Overpriced and undercooked burgers. Both my and dad’s burgers were undercooked. I asked for medium and was given raw ground beef. $22 for a burger with fries. Half of ketchup bottles were empty. Service was good though everyone was nice. Will not be returning.
This is a good place. However the food is a bit expensive. It's not over the top expensive but definitely elevated. Burger was good. Fries were on the smaller portion size. They also charge extra for curly fries. It's totally not worth it. IMO, fries should be way bigger than what you actually get. Otherwise, the place is around a 7.5/10.
Burgers are always fresh and cooked to perfection. We come here often and can't complain. I always go with the curly fries as a substitute for regular fries. Check out the outdoor patio.
As both a business owner and a member of the community, I feel obligated to speak up about my experience. My visit to this establishment was not only disappointing—it was disturbing. The food was okay standard, but the real issue was the owner's behavior. A minor concern turned into a major ordeal due to her aggressive and unprofessional response. Shockingly, she went so far as to threaten me and attempted to gaslight the situation, twisting facts and refusing accountability. Even more concerning, the owner blatantly broke several laws during our interaction, which I am currently reviewing further. No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment, and no employee should have to work under that kind of leadership. This is not just bad business—it’s dangerous. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place.
Great food including desserts
Best smashburger and hot honey wings ever. Great young staffers, so there is a good energy and great food. Best Father's Day meal to date.
Wanted a good burger for Fathers day and we have been to the Wappingers location so wanted to try out the newer Poughkeepsie location. Great atmosphere and great redesign on the building. Had the Campfire burger and also tried the Ghost burger. Both delicious and cooked correctly along with great fries (sweet potato and waffle). Also tried the wings with the sauce on special Pineapple Teriyaki and those were fantastic. Waitress was fantastic very accommodating to order requests and great with the kids! Will certainly be back!
Our waitress was good, very nice and checked on us periodically however the wait for the food was about 45 mins and the size of wings were for a toddler. When this place first opened they had nice size wings. Hopefully with all the multiple reviews about the size of the wings the owners will make some changes.
Amazing burgers. Yes there are literally 21 burgers! 😂. Great taste. Can be a little messy with some of the burgers because of all the amazing accoutrements. It has this rustic feel inside and yet contemporary. 2 floors. They serve non alcoholic beers as well. That is a plus for me. Service was great and quick.
Great find. On RTB from White Plains, everyone was hangry and couldn't agree on what. Googled and found 21 Burgers. Definitely live up to their moniker. No complaints. Burgers = good. Salads = good. Wings = good. Service = very good. No complaints. Nice spot. Good beer and drinks selection. And tacitly placed TVs to keep touch with your team. Make the trip or the stop and have a burger. There's 21 to choose from.

(Wappingers) I was in there for the 2nd day in a row for lunch and the food was amazing as always. The waitress was super friendly & attractive, her hospitality was awesome (Unfortunately I didn't get her name 🫣). Her hospitality alone definitely just turned me into a new customer. I'll definitely be frequenting more often.
Excellent service and food ! Highly recommend!
I went there 1 time and 1 time only. I literally live right next to this place so I decided to give it a try. I went with my two kids one afternoon. There were about 5 servers at the host stand who wouldn’t acknowledge us. Eventually I asked if they were still taking customers and if kids were allowed here, and one of the girls then asked how many of us it would be. I told them just us 3. The place was barely packed but they put us up stairs by ourselves, at a table that wasn’t set and all of the TV’s were off. We were the only ones upstairs and all the tv’s were on downstairs so my son asked if a TV could be turned on to watch the soccer game and we were told all the TV’s upstairs were broken and she walked backed down stairs. 15 minutes later she came back, and I told her we didn’t have any silverware. It took them another 15 minutes just to give us a place setting. She didn’t take our order or even offer drinks, just gave us silverware... And she wasn’t friendly or hospitable at all. Seemed more annoyed. After she left us again, my son asked me if we did something wrong and we just got up and left. As we walked downstairs passed the host station, where my waitress was laughing and talking, she notice we’re were leaving asked me if we were ok. And I said “No, no one greeted us, you put us on an empty floor with broken tv’s, without silverware when there were plenty of available tables downstairs, it took you thirty minutes just to give us silverware and you haven’t even asked if we wanted anything to drink. I get the feeling you don’t want us here.” Everyone just got quiet, no apologies or anything, just stared at us, so we left. Haven’t been back since. Very disappointing.
