Horrible customer service. Owner (or so he seemed) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would never return and food was subpar. After rude interaction, items were also missing from the order.

My friends, family, and I have been coming here for years. The food is awesome and the service has always been great.

Today we were planning on putting in a large order for a family gathering. While listening to the phone call between my girlfriend and one of the male employees… I was in complete shock. I couldn’t believe how rude the employee was.

She asked if they sold mini bagels. The response: “just tell me what you want lady”. That was just one of multiple rude comments. I could not believe what I was hearing. We hung up the phone in disbelief of the way we were being talked to.

I rarely ever take the time to put in a google review. It was clearly needed…

Hopefully the deli can fix this issue. It truly is the best bagel spot on the south shore. Disappointed.

Rude man at front today ( Caucasian and chubby) Saw me waiting to order and just ignored me while asking 2 people behind me what did they order. I even said hi as i approached the register and no response, just dirty look.When I spoke up, and of course I will, he gave me some excuse that wasn't relevant. All I wanted was a coffee. Then he brushed me off to the other employees. Not sure if this was a racist situation or what and I don't know or care his position there. Treat EVERYONE with decency.

Online order said 20 minutes. In fact took hour and 20 minutes. When asked for status update, we got a very rude comment that our food would be thrown away if we asked again. Terrible customer service.

I stop here every time I’m in Atlantic Beach to see my in-laws. We always take bagels back to CT because the local bagels aren’t as good. Always friendly great service. The bagels are some of the best I’ve had. They have regular and mini. Grab a breakfast sandwich when you are there. You won’t be disappointed.

I've ordered everything from breakfast thru dinner. Bagels to pancakes, burgers, soup, hot heros to spaghetti and the best pork chops I've ever had. They have fast delivery with very friendly people. I can't recommend them enough!!!!
