The beach is nice, but the management is AWFUL. The main manager overpromises and under-delivers. The sales pitch given when the member signs up is not what the member receives. I witnessed the club manager actually YELLING at members when they asked her about absent services. Yelling at them like they were misbehaving school children. Completely unprofessional.

This place is not well run. Management isn't paying attention and the kids working these summer jobs that are supposed to help you don't want to do the work unless they know you'll tip them. They nickel and dime you for everything. The food is expensive but you can't bring your own. $35 for entry if you're with a member and $25 to park on top of that, cash only. The entire town has no parking unless you're a resident so you will need to park.

The houses are beutiful and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The beach view is wonderful and sands are very soft. The beach is very long and connected. One of my best place to live in NY.

The houses are beutiful and the atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. The beach view is wonderful and sands are very soft. The beach is very long and connected. One of my best place to live in NY.
