The Dunkin donuts in Bainbridge is staffed with efficient, friendly and professional employees who make getting breakfast on the fly an enjoyable experience. Thank you for all your hard work.
I’ve never written a review before but my order of one bagel took 20 mins. Not a demand issue just mismanagement.
Person taking order sounded miserable, I get it but also don't take ur bad day out on me I'm tired hungry over worked & under paid myself but hey thanks for the hot avocado toast.
We got two orders of loaded hash browns. They were cold not cooked all the way, 2 small pieces of bacon and the cheese was in on spot of the containers. The food was cold. We got a separate order of has browns, that were all broken up. The service was really slow, with having more than 4 people working. The manager worried about cleaning instead of helping get orders out in a timely manner. Not impressed at all. Cold food uncooked food. Spending over $43 not happy. 😡
This location is always out of everything and no one that works there knows how to communicate without acting as if they could careless. Horrid
The lady who worked there 12/15/24 at 2:30 pm was amazing. So caring and great at her job. She’s very friendly, we need more ppl like her!

Crystal at the window always seems to wake up on the wrong side of the bed perhaps bc she has the entire bed by herself her attitude is the worse she also grabs the order from the other staff bc she failed to place the order correctly what a shame bad for business.

There's always 5+ people working but mostly just standing around. I'll put a mobile order in and instead of telling me at the speaker that they are out of something, they wait until I'm at the window where they try to charge me for a different order. I've never had it take less than 10 minutes no matter what I order or how many people are ahead in line. They never toast the english muffins , they are always cold and doughy.

I’ve been a regular at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 1320 CR-39 in Bainbridge, NY, throughout the summer, and I have to say, the service at this location has consistently been the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I say "worst," I really mean it. this place is a masterclass in inefficiency and poor customer service. Almost every morning, I order the same thing: two cold brews with four sugars and four creams. Simple, right? You’d think so, but somehow, this straightforward order seems to be nearly impossible for the staff to get right.
Let me give you a rundown of what happened today, though it's far from an isolated incident. This morning, I decided to add a couple of donuts to my usual coffee order since I was a bit hungry. When I placed my order, I was crystal clear. two cold brews, each with four creams and four sugars, along with two donuts. The staff member taking my order even asked me to repeat the details, which I did without hesitation. I figured this would be straightforward, but I was wrong.
After placing my order, I ended up waiting a good 10 minutes just to receive my coffees. When I finally got them, I was beyond frustrated to discover that there was no cream or sugar in either of the coffees. This isn’t just a one off mistake; it’s a recurring issue at this location. It seems like the staff either can’t listen or simply don’t care about getting orders right, and it's incredibly frustrating.
But the nightmare didn’t end there. I then had to wait over 20 minutes yes, 20 minutes for just two donuts. When the donuts finally came out, I was slightly relieved to see that they had thrown in two extra as a gesture for the absurd wait time. But any goodwill quickly evaporated when I saw how the donuts were packed. All four were haphazardly thrown into a small bag, making them practically impossible to eat without creating a huge mess in my car. The donuts were squished together, with frosting smeared on the bag and each other, making the entire experience even more aggravating.
The consistent lack of attention to detail, the pace at which the staff works, and the utter disregard for customer satisfaction make this Dunkin' Donuts an absolute disaster. It’s reached a point where I’m seriously considering finding another place for my morning coffee, despite the convenience of this location. Something needs to change whether it’s better training for the staff, new management, or just a complete overhaul because as it stands, this Dunkin’ is doing a remarkable job of driving customers away.
