It's about the trust that the public is putting in these professionals! They refuse to take responsibility.
This location is consistently terrible. They are regularly filling order incorrectly, and the staff shows an inability to do the job they are paid to do.
This is the responsibility of management. Customers deserve what they order and pay for. Staff should get the orders correct because that is what they are paid to do. There is literally no excuse.
It's obvious that staff are not showing respect for themselves, their employer, or the customer when they intentionally do a bad job. Management needs to take responsibility, because nobody else is going to!

Each time i’ve come to this location, it’s been the best compared to the surrounding locations within a 50mi radius. Drive thru gets busy so plan a couple extra minutes on your order being ready but overall, my food is always good, coffee has always been perfect, and i always have received nice customer service from the drive thru. My drink seems easy but for some reason about half of the locations i go to mess something up in it, meanwhile this location every single time has gotten it perfect. I love stopping here on my way to work. I greatly appreciate the smiling faces and nice attitudes every morning or afternoon i stop in. my order is a double shot over ice with 2 pumps of french vanilla and a splash of oat milk, and it’s amazing! i’ve also had some locations try charging me over $3 when this location and 2 other ones always charge me $2.50-2.60. i love the consistency here.

Mix of good and bad. When they’re “on” they are on! But when they’re off, boy are they off. I understand that these places have a quick turnaround for the most part, but our orders should not be messed up 87% of the time… sometimes friendly, sometimes not. The speaker in drive thru is AWFUL and always had been. Wish they’d replace it already.

Pre-ordered on the dunkin app for drivethru pickup. Each vehicle in front of me sat at the order board for over 3 minutes (3 cars in front of me) each time to even place an order. From order placed at 12:02, estimated pickup 12:05, 2 wakeup wraps and a large cold brew, wasn't in my hands until 12:21. This place needs management, not new management, just management.
Update: I hit the post button before I checked my order. Of my 2 wakeup wraps, only one was in the bag walked into the store this time. I finally got my full order at 12:28.
I explained I'd like to get a drink made in my travel mug. Firstly she thought I wanted drip, which I never said that. Staff just assumed. I said no, I'd like a latte she can't make it in that mug. Ok, that's fine. Might not fit under the brewing machine.
She said she can make it and I can transfer the drink to the travel mug. Sure good enough.
I told her I wanted a Large hazelnut latte, with and extra shot. The amount to be paid seemed off.
I got my receipt and it did not have the extra shot I requested on there. So I brought that up, and she told me that she puts it in there, that the latte comes with espresso... as if I didn't know it had espresso in it. >.>
Lady you need to learn to communicate better and listen , or learn some basic lingo. Extra shot means MORE espresso, not someone asking if it has espresso in it.

By far, the worst Dunkin on the planet. Food tastes like the oven/the gas station itself. Constantness mode orders. I want to sell the caffeine knowledge to get her problems. And every time she orders a decaf is always caffeinated. The employees realistically could care less about the customers. You'll ask for assistance they walk right by you. I have never been this disappointed with Dunkin.

I went to get a large latte small refresher and 2 donuts, one of which is a specialty donut. I went through 2 times. First time they forgot my brownie Batter donut. Second time they gave me a boston cream instead. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Wasted money on a specialty donut and got a classic. There’s a price difference. Not too happy
