Imagine attempting to order food and you can't. And the poor employee who simultaneously is extremely rude to everyone is rushing around between Dunkin donuts in this place. Then upon further inspection you notice the hero bread itself is about the size of a breadstick from the Olive garden and they're going to try to charge you $21 for one single sandwich. Not feeling it. Don't even bother coming here. Just go to Subway or an actual deli. I predict this place will be gone in a matter of months.

This location is housed along with a Dunkin, as has been mentioned in other reviews. However, it seems to be chronically understaffed.
Today I went in to pick up an online order, and there was only one person working in the entire place! She had a great attitude and was doing a solid job; my order came out exactly as I placed it which was impressive considering the 7+ customers waiting. I personally watched two people leave because of the wait.
The quality of the food was fine and what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

I really hope the management reads this and improves their staffing - and please hire more people like Favor! She was a rock star in the circumstances.

Never again, they put a sliver of turkey and chicken in each sandwich pictured. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Big improvement over Initial opening, bread is no longer hard sandwiches are tasty and they offer deals like 5 buck subs on Fridays glad I gave them a second chance because they are genuinely trying to improve and made me a good hot sandwich

My boyfriend and I are Jimmy Jhon's customers in Baldwin, today we went shopping, we went in and the girl who was there said that it was already closed, (it was 8:41 PM) and on Google Maps it appeared that they closed at 9:00 PM. Apparently, she simply did not want to attend us.

I ordered the tuna sub and it was not good. The tuna was old and the bread was burnt. The tuna was extremely salty. They forgot to add oil and vinegar as I requested. I will stick to Jersey Mikes. I know their food is fresh. What a waste living in walking distance to JJ. Also I was gonna pre order my free sandwich today and got a message that the code doesn’t work.

Similar to the other two Jimmy John’s recently opened on Long Island:

- Dirtier than the typical Jimmy John’s (floors, tables, walls).
- Shares a space with Dunkin
- Good music, but no Jimmy’s signs or quotes

Things feel a little *off* in these three new Dunkin/Jimmy John’s locations. The off thing at this visit was very thickly cut ham on the sandwich.

No deal breakers, but if this place (and the 2 other locations):
(1) performed a deep clean asap
(2) scheduled more regular cleanings throughout the day
(3) revisited quality and consistency (there is something a little off here.. maybe it is the dirty atmosphere that makes the food taste a little off?)
(4) get the Jimmy’s signs and quotes up on the wall.

It’s a shame, Jimmy’s is my favorite restaurant, and every other one I have visited across the country has had consistent cleanliness and quality. These three new locations are outliers. I hope they can adjust and save the Jimmy’s experience.

This place is a perfect example of profit over product. As soon as you walk in, there are no signs to display the sandwich options and the workers look disoriented and frantic. They should have stayed closed until the location was finished and the workers were trained better. My sandwich was poor at best, the meat was slimy, and the toppings were just thrown on the sandwich. Since there was no menu I had to describe the sandwich I wanted but what I don't understand is how I was charged extra for cheese. Regular American cheese should be standard and included in the price. Never again will I go there.
