I have order from Peppinos many times. The food is always good but on a few occasions I had ton wait way to long for the food and the, son is not very pleasant. Last week we order on the phone who ever answered the phone was rude an very abrupt. He took the order and then hung didnt even ask for the name. I was told 20 to 30 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later the son ask me for the name and I told him they hung up and never took my name I gave him my order and here we go had to stand there like a fool waiting for the food. 35 minutes later he handed me my food not even an apology for making me wait. Well won't be going there again. Its a shame.

I liked the pizza that I had their because that particular type of pizza you really don't see anywhere else I also liked all the drink options I just found it to be a little bit more expensive than expected but then again everything is getting expensive.

We always order from Peppinos at least once a week. Our last pizza we ordered was supposed to be 1/2 crispy chicken 1/2 onions. When we got the chance to finally sit down and eat it was around 9:00pm and the pizza we received was 1/2 plain 1/2 crispy chicken & onions. This was the 3rd time our order was wrong and we should have checked it when we got it but we never get to eat until after 9:00. I did not call because they are not nice at all when you call about anything although I do have to say that the last person that we talked to was very nice but don’t expect that 99% of the time. Check your pizza when you get it. All the delivery guys are always great!

Usually always order a pie for pick up and the food is always good, but lately it’s lacking it’s over the phone customer service. It seems like they’re always rushed and sounds annoyed 85% of the time. It makes me less inclined to order but I still do because my kiddo and I love it as a quick dinner at the end of a long week. Definitely understand it can get pretty busy, they do have great food and the end of the week is usually a pretty high volume ordering time.. Overall love the place but I wish they were a little kinder over the phone :)

Found Peppino's about a year ago and now I try go get there regularly. Guys there are great, food is delicious with good variety and prices are reasonable. The protein salad is on point, their pizzas are huge, plenty of solid sandwiches. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst place! Father and son are the rudest people ever! Poor customer service. Plenty other local pizza places to go to who are polite and have manners and get a decent meal!
