Absolutely loved this place! Truly a great atmosphere. Food and drinks are incredible, full of flavor, great prices and great portions. The steak and tacos were of great quality and very flavorful. You have to try the churros, so yummy! The service makes the experience even better, every staff member is delightful, and makes you feel at home. Especially the owner Mitch! You can tell he has put his heart and soul into this place. Definitely a must! :)

Wow! What an amazing place! Definitely a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Mitch, the owner took such terrific care of us. He was so outgoing and friendly. It’s evident he takes a lot of pride in his beautiful business. It is decorated so nicely. The mocktails were out of this world! The food was so scrumptious. And dessert was incredible! First time checking out The Tortilla Porject and have to say the guac and chips on point, The Spicy Pickle Margarita is very good, The Birria Tacos (and i have tried many places) Are super Authentic, Fresh and had a nice crunch to it. Definitely a must check out.

Went to Tortilla Project this evening and had the best experience. It was everyone’s first time going in my party and each of us enjoyed our time spent there. We arrived in the evening after the sun had went down and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and photo worthy from the minute you walk in. We were seated almost immediately without a reservation. Our server was attentive from the moment we sat down. We only drank water throughout our meal and our water pitcher was constantly getting refilled without asking. The menu was descriptive which made selections easy. The food was immaculate and came pretty quick. The presentation of the food was photo worthy and we all took pictures of our plates. Taco Project is on my recommendation list.

Best birria tacos I’ve had in the area. The chef, which I was told is also the owner, definitely takes pride in making all the food. You can just tell by how fresh and flavorful everything is. I have taken a few friends with me on separate occasions and each time the food was delicious. Drinks are also great here. Different options you won’t find anywhere else. They’ve got spicy pickle margs which sound weird but wow soo good. Definitely give this place a try if you’re nearby, it’s worth it.

This place is a hit! Great eats, good vibe… Chris is especially accommodating, will say yes when it’s within his reach. Recommend the Birria and Chorizo tacos. The Crunchwrap is amazing and can be shared for sure. Margaritas are excellent. You will not be disappointed!!!
