I was very disappointed and confused on how the price online verse the price in person are not the same. I spoke with management and it felt like they were making an excuse ! Do not go off of the price on the website. Also, they did not tell you the price you had to ask for it which doesn’t make any sense !?! Two plates of pasta and mozzarella should not 60$ cost that much! Again, I repeat make sure you ask because the price online is not the same in store. I was over for the three dishes.

Anna at the Touch of Italy- family business, in Baldwin is absolutely outstanding. I want to sincerely thank Anna for supporting our Women Veterans Only Listening Forum on October 2, 2025 — a truly historic night. She generously contributed to our menu, and every guest raved about the delicious penne alla vodka and garlic knots.
What touched me most was not just the food (which was phenomenal), but Anna’s willingness to take the time to listen to our cause and lean in with compassion. She did exactly what I asked of her: to help honor our women veterans and to stand with us in the healing process.
As we say, healing begins when we listen, respond, and rebuild together. Anna, you made your presence known, not only by responding but by helping us rebuild — starting with the nourishment of our bodies.

The shrimp and chicken parmesan was delicious !! And the Calamari was great.. our waitress was so sweet before we asked she had it coming over to our table
Just went in to get two slices , gave me dirty looks and my boyfriend as well. Mind you I’m an ex employee and still I purchase food from them. The didn’t even warm up my pizza fully , it was in the oven for ab 2 minutes and its ice cold to the touch. If looks could kill id be dead the way the three employees at the front counter looked at us . Very poor customer service skills . Please do better !

I love this place, food is always great, service is fantastic and you really don't wait. Just take a seat,( if you are eating in ) or go to the counter and order to go. I went on September 30th and I had a lovely and fantastic server. She suggested the broiled salmon salad 🥗, and she wasn't wrong, it was delicious 😋.

I feel like i got cheated out of a PASTA if they didnt have the PASTA FORITINA they could have allowed me to choose a different one. I do not like minced chicken so they cant tell me this is what I ordered not only that there is no spinach or cheese in this pasta. I WOULD GIVE A 5 START RATING BUT NOT AFTER THEY HAD ME PAY FOR A PASTA LIKE THIS. VERY DISAPPOINTED
