The food was always good at this Apple Bee. I didnt know why I received half a rack of ribs with so much hot sauce, they tasted weird. I was tearing and coughing . Than I realized it was covering up the rot. They disappointed me with some old, hard dried up, over cooked ribs. I was so hungry I ate them. I thank God I didn't get food poisoning. 👎

It was a dark and stormy night in Utica New York. Most places were closed. Yet as a shining beacon in the darkness was the New Hartford Applebee's! It was warm inside the wait staff was super friendly attentive and our glasses were never empty. The food was a culinary delight add beautifully displayed a great place for a casual meal or a quick bite with friends

To whom it my concern.
My family was at Applebee's in Baldwin last night. We have a tradition when hour Grandchildren are done trick or treating we go to your apple bees for dinner, yes the kids eat free but we have 5 adults and our dinner alone is over two hundred dollars. My family got there at 7p.m we ask how long for a table for 8 people, the hostess said about 20 minutes. after 45 minutes we were still not seated and they were seating everyone else that came in afters us. I do understand that smaller parties do come first but this was getting out of hand I seen a table of 5 get seated before us. My wife went up to the girl that was hosting and ask how long will it be, she said about another 45 minutes my wife was like why and the hostess said the kitchen is backed up and none of the big parties had left. We wind up leaving but before we left I spoke with the girl and asked her when we're you going to tells us it was going to be another 45 minute's. You have 3 children 3 adults and an elderly women waiting, it was not like we were far we were sitting right beside her and she saw us there. You team at that location had no empathy On the situation. This is poor. I had my own business and retired from it. My customer always came first. And if I made a mistake I made it up to them.
Thank you for upsetting my family and disappointing my grandchildren. Happy holloween.
