Not only was he so very kind to us for our quick lunch break when I came back later watching him interact with others I was so pleased to see him being just so kind and go out of his way to make people feel special those are the things that make customers come back. It was a dark and stormy night in Utica New York. Most places were closed. Yet as a shining beacon in the darkness was the New Hartford Applebee's! It was warm inside the wait staff was super friendly attentive and our glasses were never empty. The food was a culinary delight add beautifully displayed a great place for a casual meal or a quick bite with friends
