We used LIBC to cater our party. The food was AMAZING from the steaks to the burgers (both meat and veggie), potato salad, and sausages & peppers-- you name it, all of it was delicious. Most importantly the servers and the bartender were all so kind, attentive and really on-top of everything. A special shout-out to Damon and Joe for working with me and my team to get everything just the way we wanted it. We LOVED everything!! In case you haven't tried them yet, we highly recommend you do.

I highly recommend visiting Bagel Cafe in Baldwin for a wonderful eating experience. The staff, particularly Reyes, provides exceptional service. The food at Bagel Cafe is of exceptional quality and freshness. One of my personal favorites is their tuna fish on a bagel or their bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. Bagel Cafe stands out not only for its food and service but also for its warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff members are welcoming, and orders are prepared quickly. It's a place that never fails me on my lunch breaks!

I used to love this place! It used to have affordable prices for delicious bagels. Now, the people working there give you the incorrect order no matter how many times you repeat yourself. The past two times I’ve went here I’ve had to take back my order twice each visit. They’re prices are way too expensive to mess up orders.

FaceTime ordering at the bagel café gave my name when I went to pick up my order didn’t have my name. They gave me three sandwiches somewhere incorrect really greasy and on top of all they charge an arm in the white which is crazy I had to call back and tell him that they gave me the wrong sandwich, please make it again To make sure it was greasy I have patience. I had to drive from Lynbrook to Baldwin and I spoke to the manager female manager and explain my situation. She was upset if she hung up on me not an apology or anything very unprofessional.
Very friendly service, great quality bagels, very fresh. I go out of my way to get bagels here. I only wish they had a more pleasant sitting area to eat-in.

The customer service was terrible today. There was no manager on site to handle the issue. The woman behind the register was rude. Tons of other options available locally. If you want to keep customers, train or retrain your staff. I walked out.
