FaceTime ordering at the bagel café gave my name when I went to pick up my order didn’t have my name. They gave me three sandwiches somewhere incorrect really greasy and on top of all they charge an arm in the white which is crazy I had to call back and tell him that they gave me the wrong sandwich, please make it again To make sure it was greasy I have patience. I had to drive from Lynbrook to Baldwin and I spoke to the manager female manager and explain my situation. She was upset if she hung up on me not an apology or anything very unprofessional.

I love the LIBC of Baldwin but my biggest issues is that the store is so tiny. It's definitely high in demand but sometimes people just can't fit a line properly. The bagels are good. Other issue is that parking could be better, the whole blacktop is very ghetto and rough.

The customer service was terrible today. There was no manager on site to handle the issue. The woman behind the register was rude. Tons of other options available locally. If you want to keep customers, train or retrain your staff. I walked out.
