Its a busy drive thru so inside is slower. But the food is always hot and fresh. Plenty of seats and pretty clean.

I placed an order at the Grand Avenue Burger King in Baldwin. I asked that they ring the doorbell, when the food is delivered. The food was left at the bottom of my stairs, in the rain, the bag was soaked. Food had to be thrown out.

Was here on 10/26/2024. I mobile ordered my food ahead of time, before I got there. I was waiting in the pickup area for over 20 mins. As I was waiting, others who ordered at the counter placed their orders and got their food before me.
After I said something, their excuse was that people counter ordering were first. Yet I was there before them? Tell me how that makes sense. It wasnât even something crazy, it was a simple nugget kids meal. Know what else is ridiculous, they didnât even bother offering ketchup or anything like that.
This place is a joke.

I ordered the royal crispy wrap for the first time and they gave a small piece of chicken that was basically non existent and the tortilla barely had lettuce I asked why is the chicken so small they said they cut half of the chicken but it was more of the end piece. Very unacceptable McDonaldâs wraps were never that disappointing. I hope Mcdonaldâs brings back their wraps and makes BK lose business.
