The employees have been welcoming and friendly at every visit. I get the same order every time but I've been charged varying prices. It has been brought to their attn but there's never really a solid explanation as to why the price changes every time.

This place is under new management and they’re more disappointing then the old one! They truly should just shut down this location. Place close at 10, I walked in at 950, for a chocolate shake, and am met with an aggressive “we’re closed”. I challenged the young lady behind the counter and said “on goggle it says you close at 10, and it’s only 950” she says “yeah no we’re closed”. So I had to take my business down the street to Ralph’s. Stinks because Carvel is closer to my house,but I won’t waste my time coming back, first time I tried since the new management, legit the same as the old. Corporate should just shut this location down.

The times I've been to this location the customer is greeted with a hello welcome to CARVEL with a smile and a, what would you like? So many choices to choose from I always ask for their opinion and or suggestions which help greatly because I'm horrible with making decisions when given so many options ? don't judge me! I recommend this CARVEL location.

This evening I went to this location to pick up some dairy free ice cream. To find chocolate ice cream in the tub of the dairy free ice cream. The attitude that came from the 2 young ladies after it was mentiones it was horrible and disgusting. The staff should be more educated when it comes to people have Allergies, they should know what it means when something is cross Contaminated. The behavior of these 2 young girls should be addressed

I went this evening 7:30pm to get dairy free ice cream. I looked inside where the tubs are of ice cream and where the dairy free is there is a chunks of chocolate ice cream. So I tell the young lady that's there what the situation is and she tells me ok.... I tell her u need to put a new tub in there that's cross contamination. She says we'll we don't have another tub. The other young lady comes over with major attitude slams the door open pulls the tub out . I tell them you need a take things like that seriously, people can die and get very sick. Both girls were very rude and very unprofessional. Horrible, so disgusted. They need to educate their staff
Great service from the staff, good selection of flavors and great deals on ice cream. Go on Wednesdays to get a buy 1 get one on soft serve sundaes.
