This place used to be good and I say used to. I would always head over in the Baldwin for their boneless spare ribs their fried rice, it was great.Unfortunately I went today to get what I would always get when I wasn't crazy hungry which was some wonton soup. I don't know if it was just old meat but I couldn't stomach it after the first bite. OK, I am a local. This place everybody passes daily, but nobody dares to go there based on its street appearance. I hear it has been some form of a Chinese restaurant for decades.
