The food doesn't taste good! The meat for sesame chicken isn't that one and the rice has no flavor and tasted burnt. The crab Rangoon was wired looking and it had the filling coming out on top. It was all dry and bad flavor.

If I can give 0 star I would! Extremely rude service! I was refused service because of a previous order I had ordered for delivery (the delivery guy never knocked on my door or anything) so I ended up falling asleep. When calling to place the order the guy was extremely rude must of had my number on speed dial because as soon as he answered he started a confrontation calling me names and stuff

Excellent shrimp lo mein! Made fresh to order, hot, with a smile and ready in 10 minutes to go exactly as promised at time of order. And I do mean excellent quality food. First time visit and most definitely I will be returning.

We just moved into the area. We had our meal delivered. My first experience was a great one! Thumbs up! Great customer service and very efficient. Pricing is typical/average. I was given a 40 minute time of delivery and our food arrived really fast, within 20 minutes, very hot and steamy! The delivery personnel was kind and greeted me kindly. The food we ordered was fantastic; typical tasty, spot-hitting, fast-food Asian cuisine. Wanting to try a few items just to taste the variety offered at this location, we ordered: Fried Shrimp, 3 different types of eggrolls, Chicken Chow Fun, General Tso's Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice... everything was delicious as we had hoped. We'll miss our usual take-out in Brooklyn, but this will become our new take-out spot. We have decided that we would definitely order from this restaurant again.I guess with some other patrons that had a bad experience, it's plausible and you can't discount their experiences, as I've had horrible experiences similar at different restaurants. It can definitely be a hit or miss. Our experience was great... in our case, a hit, and I'd recommend giving it a try.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The delivery driver was very disrespectful and when I asked for my change back he tried to snatch the food out my hand because I wasn’t going to tip him. After I wouldn’t let go he threw my change in the bag and walked out.Then I called the restaurant because they didn’t give the right order and they were disrespectful and said no refund or exchange and they didn’t care if I didn’t come back.The whole time I was very cordial and they were horrible. I will never give them money again

Their customer service is horrible. They are bias to certain ethnic groups. I use to order from them for years and their service has decreased under new ownership tremendously. The quality of the food has also decreased in value. Most importantly their bad customer service and communication is very distasteful in every way
