New place, near my home, so I think I need to try it. I walk in a day, get a couple slices and it was good. Thin crust not too much cheese, just way I like it. Great I think. Been back twice and WONT there a 3rd time.
First visit, I ordered ahead, I get there, still not ready, no problem, then I wait and wait and wait. Finally I go back up and ask "how much long?", answer "it's been done for a while, didn't know where you went", It's a small place I am sitting right here! They only had a couple of customers. I go to pay but no one can work the card machine, really? Lucky I had enough cash. Still the pizza itself was decent.
I went back recently on Sunday at 12:30. Peak of lunchtime. No one behind the counter. I wait. I say hello, nothing. I hear noise from the back, say hello louder, nothing. There's a bell on the counter, Ding! Nothing. I wait a bit longer... walk out. There is plenty of pizza places around Baldwin, no need to return here.

Been going here for 10 years and LOVED IT! Place is under new ownership and is garbage now. Seems like staff has NO EXPERIENCE in this business, never coming here again.

Unfortunately had a bad experience today for the first time since the new management. My mother had come in on Friday and spoke to the young lady at the counter inquiring about a special order for 4 pies for a church party on Sunday (today) to be picked up at 11:15. The girl was not sure because they open at 11:30 on Sundays but she called the manager (owner?) while my mom was there and said he could do that and was nice enough to give a discount for the church which is next door and my mom also works at the Baldwin library next door and they come often. I completely understand that Defrancisco's does not normally open earlier on a Sunday so all that needed to be done was to politely decline taking this order which my mother paid for in full ahead of time. Come Sunday I was there 11:15 and the place was empty. Come 11:30 ish the workers arrived. No knowledge of the 4 pizzas (even though it was in the books and the same girl who took the order and called the boss?). Whatever, not the workers fault it is who approved it. The pizza worker was in no rush to make these four pizzas and clearly the oven was not getting heated any time soon. After waiting until almost 12 with no pizza in sight I had to ask for a refund which was granted. Unfortunately, First Church Baldwin Methodist right next store was left without the pizzas for their event. Again, all that needed to be done was for the owner to have said they cannot fullfill this order and we would have gone someplace else. Very disappointed. Called the owner while at the shop waiting and his voicemail box was full. Again, refunded but the church event was a bust and my mom was embarrassed.Updated 12/15 despite being given a refund receipt my credit card has not been refunded. It has been 10 business days. Please respond or I will be contacting my credit card company. Thank you.

They are amazing people and the food was phenomenal and this is coming from someone who doesn’t like pizza at all and they definitely didn’t leave any crumbs because they make it with love <3

Walked in and half the lights were out. Got my to go order home opened it up and it was bone dry. No sauce at all. I specifically asked for francese sauce instead of tomato sauce on the penne and they said yes, we’ll do it. I ordered chicken francese. The whole idea behind chicken francese is chicken in a lemon butter and white wine sauce. I got dry chicken and dry penne and no attempt to make anything right when I called to complain. I would not recommend this restaurant for to go orders as such.

So I don’t understand what’s going on but I ordered a pie half sausage… the pizza was all over the box … sloppy !!! I’ve been using them for 4 years now and I never had a problem until nowI sent the manager a picture of a sloppy pizzaHe sent me another pieAnd the second pie wasn’t as bad, but it was sloppy again and I didn’t have much cheese on it very disappointed

Princess Pudd

I liked their pizza place. The workers were very polite and I’ve never met them before. He let us try one of the pepperoni garlic nots and it was good. The pizza was delicious also. The buffalo chicken pizza was spicy and the bbq chicken was good. They made sure our food is cooked all the way. I enjoyed their pizza. I would love to go back.
