Not impressed with the staff that this dunkin has employed here they are rude the store operates very slowly orders take forever nobody even let me know my drink was ready not to mention some of the display donuts look old and there is also flies and gnats around the store and landing on top of food in the food displays.

There are ALWAYS gnats on all of the bagels and pastries in the display. I don't understand why they think that design element is okay, or sanitary to have the glass display open in the back. Do what Starbucks does and have the display and the actual food separate. Completely disgusting. Will never eat food from Dunkin again

The ladies that work here are very slow rude nasty doesn’t care about delivery orders they take forever and then tell people hold on I am here to pick up and keep it moving won’t be coming to this location again

Would have loved to love this Dunkin Donuts as they do have very good staff. But they have one older staff worker who has been working there for far way too long, he seems to always talk down on customers, has no customer service skills, very rude and condescending. He will for sure be the reason why I wouldn’t step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts place again. I rather drive to other locations.

Every time I go to DD, I have a great experience. The people are friendly, and the food is sometimes greasy, but you're going to Dunkin Donuts. What do you expect? It's not the 4 Seasons. When all is said and done it's a nice treat once in a while. The coffee drinks are nice too.

I bought jelly munchkins and I got this. Wasn’t much of the jelly it was like a paste rubbed inside to imitate the jelly. If I wanted regular munchkins I would have just bought that. I believe the point of asking for jelly was expecting what I asked for. Big disappointment Dunkin do better we pay for stuff we expect what we asked for

Extremely disappointing experience. It took over 20 minutes just to get an iced coffee, and when I asked for a refund, they made me wait even longer. That girl has no clue what they are doing behind the counter.
The tall lady that takes the orders never gets it right and I’m so tired of that happening. I no longer go there but this morning I was rushing and again she messed up. And the food has a bad oil taste and latte was not good and I buy this every morning elsewhere

This location has gotten terrible. I’ve been going here for 10+ years. So has my family and friends because it is very convenient. The staff is terrible . This older man specifically that has been the worst . No mannerisms and is just very rude

3 consecutive mornings I asked for a bagel toasted dark with butter and for 3 days i was i given a hockey puck that could not stand up to being double toasted ...This order has been placed at over 3 dozen DDs across NYC/LI however from this location was Horribly Stale Or 3-4 day old Bagels....Not Sure Which..
