Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is always clean and the staff are very nice. Especially Scotty the manager ! Def recommend this one! Oh and they always have a good assortment of munchkins whereas a lot of the other Dunkin’s do not!!

Nice location and it looks nice and clean, However ,the morning crew are so disgusting With such a bad attitude . Just because I asked to warmup a banana bread for me One of the girls made a nasty face toons deep breath like it was her last and snatch the bread out of the cashiers hand so rudely.
When my food was given to me also was done with such an attitude. Not returning to this location . And do not recommend. Need better customer service. Specially in the AM .

Each morning when I come in, Scotty the manager is always cheerful and a shining light. His kindness and friendliness goes a long way, especially with how inconsiderate and rude people can be.
