Just went there a minute ago tried to put my order on the drive-through. She cut me off. Try to repeat myself and she said she heard me the first time an attitude. I just basically turned my car around and drove off. I’ll go to another Dunkin’ Donuts attitude of Customer Service. It’s very disrespectful. I will be calling corporate about this.

From my experience never a long wait to place & receive any order . Being transparent dunkin doughnuts coffee is one of my favorites. Granted I grind many other whole bean coffee brands at home

The wait times here are unacceptable and have nothing to do with customer volume—this is purely an issue of incompetence and mismanagement. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and each visit has been just as frustrating as the last. I don’t write negative reviews lightly, but the lack of efficiency and accountability is impossible to ignore. At this point, it’s clear that a change in management is needed, because whatever is happening now simply isn’t working. This place is a consistent disappointment.

I enjoyed the ordering kiosk that allowed me to customize my coffee which then came out perfectly. Easy parking. Small wait time. Clean and well lit. The biggest downfall is that they don't have Vanilla Creme donuts.

I understand that life isn’t always perfect, but don’t let your emotions affect others. They act burdened to be there, as if they haven’t filled out the application themselves and are being paid.

Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is always clean and the staff are very nice. Especially Scotty the manager ! Def recommend this one! Oh and they always have a good assortment of munchkins whereas a lot of the other Dunkin’s do not!!
