It was terrible I want in told the lady in the cash register that I was going to pay half of two different cards because why not I’m a customer and she look like she was not paying attention and then I pay half of my order then I’m going to pay the rest in my other card and she said that I told her I was going to pay cash half card and I told her no I don’t have cash. I told her no because I don’t have cash only card and she said that I need to pay cash because she put it in as cash and I told her to cancel the order and she said that she CANNOT CANCEL the order and she was demanding that I pay for it because she said the register was short and she said that I can Zella her the money or go to the nearest bank to get cash. That made me feel so uncomfortable and I was literally crying and she told me to leave and I left with half the stuff that i bought terrible never going back there never again

Very bland and the manager napor has a poor attitude and while barely speaking English asked if I understood it.the NERVE!!! She didn't use gloves AT ALL. and I have it ALL on video that will be posted to social media asap.

The slowest DD I've ever seen! I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before getting there and it still wasn't ready! I get that they're busy in the mornings, but how does it take half an hour to microwave 2 wraps? Give these people half an hour to make your order!

Please do not buy anything from this place!!! horrible staff, the lady behind the counter was completely rude decided to continue counting the register money even though there was a long line. my order was halfway completed. This happened Oct 13 ,2024 at around 2:45 pm. If you are the owner of this place, please watch the cameras and see how many customers left because of the long wait and the horrific attitude this worker had. I will never come to this place again please go somewhere else. Once again I will never buy anything from this place.

Why is it that stores in Baldwin always look disgusting? I love this town and wish the establishments that earn their livelihood here did too! We came for ice cream, and it was so soft it went all over the place. Staff is rude and unfriendly, and the place is filthy.
The first Lady there in the morning at 530am during the week, has a nasty mouth and doesn't know how to treat customers. Service is slow they need to move faster.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The service is terrible. There are a bunch of young kids working here and they never get your order right. The last time I ordered a coffee it was sour and had coffee grounds in it. Avoid this place at all cost. Go a few blocks down to the Dunkin near CVS towards Freeport.
