It was my first time trying Empanada Queen, a food truck in Baldwin, and overall, it was a decent experience. They had a deal for 10 empanadas for $28, so I decided to try a variety. I went with shrimp, beef, chicken, and mac and cheese empanadas. The flavors were all pretty tasty, with the shrimp, beef, and chicken being the standouts. However, I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese one—it just didn’t have the right texture or flavor I was expecting.

Delicious empanadas! I've enjoyed all their food I've tried. They are a family business and so nice and friendly! I've been going to them for years, I moved out of state, but whenever I'm in NY I always stop by their truck for some veggie empanadas.

Food trucks on Sunrise Highway...they set up a little sitting area with red tables and chairs...but its still a highway. We got the dinner special, 3 empanada with rice black beans and green delicious sauce. Not greasy at all and the lady was very nice . They weren't our favorite empanada, but it was still a good meal at a good price, and relatively healthy!
