I was looking for Colombian food in the Baldwin area and this food truck was the first to come up, I was craving for empanadas and tried the meat empanada....delicious! I loved!

I was looking for ceviche, which you have to be very careful when it comes to order seafood anywhere, but this ceviche made the difference in their taste and freshness is authentic ceviche!

The chicken tacos were great (really like the medium sauce but the spicy it good too if you like a kick) and the service was even better. Very kind people serving yummy food! Will be going back soon enough.
You never know when getting food out but we took a gamble at Baldwin's food truck and it was amazing! So fresh, delicious and it was cooked perfectly! The amount you got is reasonable for the price you pay. This is definitely worth a try, Chef Luz you're amazing, keep up the great work!

I Noticed these guys on the side of Sunrise highway, the road as I made my way to a doctors appointment in Freeport, Long Island. Wasn’t completely sure what to get as this was my first time but the 3 for $12 Tacos were suggested, to say the tacos were incredible would be an understatement! I’ll see you guys soon.

They do catering services and they have this big tray of empanadas, their dough is go good and different that it's hard to stop eating them

Their tacos are fresh and they have a mango salsa that... It has the sweetness of the mango but you can feel the kick! OMG!
