They have some short Spanish lady that’s rude and doesn’t speak English at all, came to pick up Mobil order and all she said was order not ready I asked which one? She said come back order not ready. I understand this is fast food but at least be respectful. They shouldn’t be working here…….

Had to drive back to the restaurant because they forgot to add a meal that was ordered and payed for. They wouldn't answer their phone. The 1st time I called they picked up and hung up, they wouldn't even pick up after that. Came back to the restaurant after getting home at this point starving because it was 2pm and I didn't even have breakfast and they didn't even compensate with extra sauce 😒

I do not care about an atmosphere, when the service is horrible. The staff acts like they don't want to be there. They are rude. And I even had a run-in with a staffer for being extremely rude to me. In which the manager showed no support. They are, in no way gracious towards patronage. After a third bad experience, I've chosen to no longer stop there. I'LL STARVE!!
A chicken restaurant that doesn’t have chicken. Third time I have gone in to find out that they were either out of white meat chicken or did not have some piece (wing, leg,etc.). Last visit no white meat at all. This time no wings….how do they stay in business it they don’t have the main thing that they sell??? The counter help is also amazingly slow.

I ordered the original fried chicken with mashed potatoes no gravy. When I received my order, it was crispy with gravy. So I got a new one after getting a refund. Thankfully the chicken was right this time, but once again, the mashed potatoes had gravy. Not recommended
