Just placed an order on uber eats, I got a message saying that 1 item from my order wasn’t available I called the restaurant and was greeted with a nasty attitude.. they hung up on me several times I called back because I was really looking forward to my food the person I spoke to started speaking in Creole and I told her i don’t understand what she’s saying.. she then said very angrily I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH AND SLAM THE PHONE DOWN.. she lucky I didn’t go to that restaurant or the cops would have came and pick me up. Very rude and nasty to their customers and expect you to support their business. YOU PEOPLE SHOULDN’T BE RUNNING A BUSINESS AND FOOD BUSINESS AT THAT if You DONT KNOW ENGLISH … this is an English speaking country so don’t come here with your nasty stinking hooliganism behavior .. this is not hati where yall act like wild animals.. learn to speak to people….

Pros: Tasty food. Reasonable price, Cons: Horrible customer service. They never have plantains and people get literally annoyed when you ask for plantains, which btw are included in the price of the food. Overall: if you are looking for decently tasty haitian food, that is the place for you. If you are looking for great customer service or atmosphere, go somewhere else.

Ordered for delivery and was amazed at how delicious ALL the food was. The chicken was so tasty and I couldnt stop eating the plantains. Will definitely order again.

I ordered griot & black rice with plantain and a side of pikliz. I received a large amount of black rice it can probably last me a week. The container of griot was mostly fatty pieces of pork. I wish they’d throw those pieces out before frying the meat so the customer isn’t picking through the meat. The 3 pieces of plantain were wrapped in foil? The side of pikliz was in a condiment container I asked if I could purchase an actual side like a bigger portion and was told no. None the less the food was good but I wish they’d let me buy more pikliz I mean who wouldn’t want to make more money.. that was just weird to me.
The lemonade tasted like they put concentrate water. Sooo acidic it burned a hole in my stomach. I had better lemonade eating a lemon whole and chewing on sugarcane. The staff has terrible hospitality skills too. Fresh lemonade my foot.

I walked in and I was told the snapper was $30 while it was $18 at the Jamaican place two doors down and politely.asked for an explanation but I was told to leave and just go to the Jamaican place. The lady was extremely rude and abrasive. Good luck!!!! Hope you stay open beyond next year .
