Amazing I ordered Many dishes here and they’re always delicious tonight I tried chicken Mai Fun (light rice noodle) with light tasty broth lsauce. It was the best I ever had and I normally order chicken with broccoli Kung pow chicken wonton soup, how special fried rice all excellent choices there. My favorite Chinese food restaurant to order from and they’re always really nice & professional.

I keep trying this place, giving multiple chances to improve but unfortunately everything was wrong. The deliver person was the only ok. I was wrong for giving them another chance. The food was just ok, the customer service was mediocre. THEY NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO TRAIN THEM!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!! THIS TIME I MEAN IT!!! 😠😒😠 IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE THAT RATING 😱 Baldwin has many other options but I guess, I'm going back to Freeport for my chinese food.🤷♀️🙄😠

This is the second time they gave the wrong order. Both orders was wrong and tried to be deceptive to say this is Bourbon chicken when it is General Tso. My wife asked for Sesame Chicken and they just threw some sesame seeds on the same kind of chicken. No apology, no trying to accomodate for the mishap. Do me a favor, and please avoid this place like the plague.

This used to be a better run restaurant but they are very disorganized and will cheat you out of your order. I have received the wrong order twice and missing items. When I called to inform the staff they did absolutely nothing. No apology and just plain greedy and money hungry. They recognized they were at fault but did not accommodate us with what we paid for or reimburse us the difference. No customer service at all. Don't go there....so many other restaurants to go to that are more accommodating!!

I ordered on Uber eats and the driver canceled twice. I canceled the food and Uber charged me for the food. I called the restaurant immediately to pick up the food I was charged for and they threw my food away. I was charged $15 and left without any food. Horrible service. Don’t ever order from this place.
