The floors are super sticky! Food takes forever 😩! Definitely not worth the cost! Annoying lightning shining in my eyes constantly!

We recently celebrated my husband’s 45th birthday at Palm Island, and saying we had an amazing time would truly be an understatement.

My husband is more of a low-key person, and this celebration was executed perfectly in a way that suited him so well. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

A very special thank you to Victor, the owner, and his incredible team. Victor took the time to listen to every detail of my vision and brought it to life beautifully. Since we live in Connecticut, I wasn’t able to be there in person to set everything up, but Victor handled everything with professionalism and care. He truly took charge, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and every guest had a fantastic time. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional.

I’m already looking forward to planning my next event at Palm Island. Highly recommend!

I decided to try this place since I saw so many good reviews on social media. The food itself had no taste and was pretty disappointing . They had no pepper sauce on the table. The chowmein was full of oil and so many raw vegetables along with the fried rice had no flavor. The items are pretty pricey and food is bland. Drinks were good, assistant manager was very friendly and had nice music. Take the trip to queens to get tasty Guyanese food.

Came to eat some food and had a great time. Kristy was my server and she was the best. John also helped me out and made great drinks. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively. Would def come back here again

Bella was our server, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything flowed smoothly, checked in at the right times without hovering, and handled every request with confidence and care.
Her attention to detail and positive energy elevated the entire dining experience. Service like that makes a difference and Bella truly delivered. We will definitely be back.

When I walked in, Christy greeted me and was polite to my and my friends. Definitely set the tone for the night. Destiny was our server, and she was very attentive and made sure to keep asking us if we were ok. We ended up staying after the dining room closed, and chilled at the bar for awhile. Deanna and Bella were dope. Didn't have us going beside ourselves to get their attention, and made sure the drinks were made to our liking. The music being good the whole time was a good touch. 10/10 experience.
