Attended Palm Island for a family reunion with a crowd of 20+ adults. The Palm team went above and beyond to accommodate us, food came out on time and they kept the drinks flowing. It was the perfect evening for our family reunion exceeding our expectations. Palm island is a vibe and for those on the island looking for West Indian spot give it a try and you won't be disappointed. Special thanks to our server, bartenders, DJs and management for catering to our every requests and making the night one to remember.

The food at Palm Island was absolutely divine! Every dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. From the perfectly cooked snapper to the smooth cocktails.

Leanna’s service truly elevated the experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered spot-on recommendations that we absolutely loved. Her warm, friendly demeanor made us feel so welcomed, and her enthusiasm for the food was contagious. We couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience—thank you, Leanna, for making it unforgettable!

Live in the area and once supported this place big time, especially when they first opened. But tonight I got a mix fried rice that cost me $29 with three pieces of chicken and and very little pork and shrimp. I don’t mind paying that price but it should be stacked with food. BTW the flavor was also lacking and rice wasn’t fully cooked. If only the kept the standard they opened the joint with.

This is one of the best Caribbean spots around. The food and drinks are amazing. The ambiance and atmosphere are a vibe. The music never fails to disappoint. They have a good dj line up every weekend. The staff is so kind and always check on you. Gabby’s green tea shots are out of this worlds. This spot is a 10/10. Will definitely be returning soon!

Place an order 40 mins before coming to pick it up. Only to find out “your order was lost so now we have to make it back” had to wait another 20 min. I really wanted to like this spot but the counter person was also had an attitude and constantly texting on her phone.

I was returning from the docs office a few months ago when I saw a fire marshall trying to gain entry at the site. I enquired and the owner informed me that they would open soon. Several Mondays I passed through but unfortunately they were closed. So on a Thursday I finally passed by and it was opened. I ordered the roast duck with low mein. The low mein was pretty good. My server was Chrissy. Chrissy was very polite, respectful and professional. I dined in. The entity has a smooth ambiance with tones of reggae lovers rock in the background. There exist a bar to the far left upon entrance with about 3 flat screens. American football on one screen an cricket 🏏 on the other screen. I would say capacity of about 50-70 individuals. The restroom was very clean.. I would definitely return next time and try the Jerk chicken..

First time trying the restaurant and i can say the atmosphere and food especially the service is very pleasant. I tried the Jerk Lamb chop island pasta it was very good especially the shrimp wontons. I will be visiting again for sure
