By far one of the worse locations I've ever been to. Staff lacks BASIC customer service skills, staring at people who are different ethnicity or disabled. You have to beg for condiments, which are accompanied by attitude. Staff claiming bathroom is out of service to customers, yet you can see they're continuously entering, possibly using it and exiting. I guess they don't want to have to deal with cleaning? I'm thinking maybe we're being paranoid or unreasonable analyzing their behavior and service, until I witnessed 2 customers who actually spoke up about it and lashed out at the staff. On top of that, customers eating in complained of the chicken having black spots inside the meat. Now I'm on my way home hoping this is not the case with my purchase. DO BETTER Baldwin Popeyes. The service and food ain't for free... it's paid for. 🤦♀️

On Friday, August 1st, around 12 PM, I went to the Popeyes in Baldwin, NY (Grand Ave) drive-thru. No line, yet I waited 3 minutes with no greeting until I beeped my horn. The female employee who answered sounded irritated and put me on hold. Then a male employee came on, rushed me, and cut me off mid-sentence. Both were rude and unprofessional. I left without ordering—if this is how they treat customers, I can’t trust them with my food. Corporate needs to address this location

We're in the drive thru, my husband orders what he wants, then tells the woman what I want. She's quiet for 5 mins, then repeats his half of the order but not mine. He tells her what I want, she gets mad and says some nonsense about his being a combo. Messes up my order even after repeating. Yikes. Nasty attitude and slow, pick a struggle girl.
Horrible service. My order came with no side order which I paid extra for, the dipping sauces that I paid for didn’t arrive neither, wrong soda flavor and the chicken tasted bad, like sour and old.
