I am a regular at this location. The drive-thru is busy and ordering ahead on the app is a better option. The staff is fast (4-7 min). Be cautious pulling into the parking lot - it’s tight w/ limited spaces and has multiple entry points along Sunrise and Edna.

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks. I walked to the store as I always do and finally reached but had to use the bathroom. I decided to use the bathroom before I bought my drink and asked for the code. I saw the sign that stated it was for paying customers on the door and I acknowledged the fact. When I asked the workers for the code they treated me like I was a bum on the street trying to take a shower in the bathroom. I own a house 1/2 a mile away with 4 bathrooms so they need to calm down and respect their regular paying customers. I wonder if I was a white lady would the heavy set Latina worker (maybe manager)tell me its only for paying customers and treat me like I was loitering. I walked out and disregarded using the bathroom or even buying a beverage. This is why I prefer going to Rockville Center Starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks ever. They never ever get the drink right. You pay 6$ for a drink that they usually will make wrong. Some of the staff is very nice but you have some very rude ones. One time I asked for more milk in my coffee cause it wasn’t enough and the lady literally ignored me and then looked at me like I had five heads. Do not go to this one. Trust me!! Your drink will come out wrong 95% of the time.

The employees never greet you when you walk in. And, they make thedrink wrong. I ordered a caramel macchiato and was served a café mocha. For an almost $8 drink it should be made correctly, and service should be better.

My order is a very simple one I order it almost everyday and somehow they find some way to mess it up. This is so annoying I’m so over it. I’ve spoken to the manager 4 times now. RIDICULOUS
By the way my order is an iced shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream.

The Volume Of The Music Is Too High, We Asked The Workers To Please Lower The Volume Because It Was Way Too Loud And Instead Of Doing So They Raised The Volume More. It Is Fall And It's Cold, I Don't Know Why They Lowered The Temperature And Equalized It To That Of Outside. Terrible Customer Service.

Very racist establishment when I went in every one looked at me like I had three heads I had to ask them to come up to me and take my order the one with the blue hair made a comment about my daughter in Spanish and I speak Spanish so I know that meant the N word in Spanish I will be taking this to the highest corporate level and make sure all my friends know !!!!
