Lots on seats here, nice and clean. My only concern was that none of the baristas wore hats or hairnets

The employees are extremely rude, making you “wait without caring about your experience. What’s worse is that during this time it wasn’t even busy, yet they kept chatting with their friends while you were left waiting. Especially the boy at the register today — after taking the money, he just ignored everything else. Reading the Google feedback actually makes me feel a bit better, since it seems they do this kind of thing all the time.”
This review was posted by a previous customer and it’s sad to see that even after month has passed, the experience is the same. My family and I walked through the door over an hour before closing only to arrive at the register and waiting several minutes to not even be greeted. Three employees walked up to the register simultaneously and still not a word. Acknowledgment is the step in making a good first impression and sets the tone for the rest of the experience for a customer.

I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks, but my recent visit with Jessie was disappointing. She spoke loudly and wasn’t very patient, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but I hope the customer service improves.

I am a regular at this location. The drive-thru is busy and ordering ahead on the app is a better option. The staff is fast (4-7 min). Be cautious pulling into the parking lot - it’s tight w/ limited spaces and has multiple entry points along Sunrise and Edna.

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks. I walked to the store as I always do and finally reached but had to use the bathroom. I decided to use the bathroom before I bought my drink and asked for the code. I saw the sign that stated it was for paying customers on the door and I acknowledged the fact. When I asked the workers for the code they treated me like I was a bum on the street trying to take a shower in the bathroom. I own a house 1/2 a mile away with 4 bathrooms so they need to calm down and respect their regular paying customers. I wonder if I was a white lady would the heavy set Latina worker (maybe manager)tell me its only for paying customers and treat me like I was loitering. I walked out and disregarded using the bathroom or even buying a beverage. This is why I prefer going to Rockville Center Starbucks.
I was in the drive thru and was told I couldn’t add a idem because there’s a line so i ended up getting nothing
