I went there with my daughter and the lady was very very rude it not the way to treat customer the man also was not nice all subway in queens you get better service.

I went to this subway on August 27,2025 the man who served me was highly rude & disrespectful I ordered a flat bread sweet onion chicken the man had an attitude when I asked for sweet onion sauce and proceed to yell when I asked for sweet onion teriyaki. I would never attend this subway I am done. I was getting the sandwich for a homeless person and this is the service I received. Very rude and nasty. They lost me as a customer never again. Terrible service never again will I be returning to this horrible establishment.

The guy at the store. Walk up to me while I'm picking up my order and review it. The come out said it good it good. Snatch the sandwich out my than start talking while questioning me about is this my order with his hands moving back & fourth. Once I ask him what made him feel comfortable putting hands in my face and realize I'm not teenage at age of 45.. stereotype racism coming this place BIG TIME.

The lady here is always angry and talks about people in her language. I confronted her and told her "You know we know you're talking about us." She speaks English, then as soon as you ask her to do something extra or different, she starts speaking her language. The last time someone asked her for lettuce instead of spinach, she did it. Another time the customer asked the price of a soda and said "never mind it's too much", and she started talking her language. Today I asked her to switch the size of my sandwich, she started talking in her language to the guy. Just make the sandwich, we don't need your feedback and rudeness.

Although we all know what happened to subway brand. They still make good sandwiches. And reasonable prices. They keep it clean.

Those people in SUBWAY® saw that I was using a coupon and purposely gave me little bit of each item that I requested for by the time I left my sandwich felt like a piece of paper. That’s how late it was. Never going back

I ordered a sandwich through Uber and Subway got it totally wrong. I had to go up to the subway and the server still read the ticket wrong. She could not read the difference from turkey and tuna fish. When she finally read it right I explained Uber has delivery free which I had to pay and still had to pick up the sandwich. They refused just to provide free chips for me having to come up and pick up my order. Awful service. Don’t go to that subways.
