I was given the wrong order. We ordered beef but we were given chicken. The order was done on the kiosk. The food was expensive and incorrectly prepared. Unfortunately it was a to go order so we were stuck with it. I never got my receipt which was supposed to be emailed.

I’ve been a couple times. Amazing food and all. But i called today just wanting to get a crunchwrap because im so hungry and i forgot who i called on accident. (Accidents happen, right?) and then i asked is this burger king or taco bell? And some young lady with an AWFULLY nasty attitude said, “well didnt i just pick up the phone saying good afternoon this is taco bell how may i help you” (i didnt really hear her) and then i said ok sorry my bad. Then i was about to continue to order my food and during my sentence she hung up the phone. I just wanted food after a hard day of work. I dont understand why people have to be so rude these days. This id unnaceptable and i believe that this person should get a warning/possibly know what she has done to be so rude. I hope whoever reads this just knows that the food is great. Just not the service/single staff member who did this awful thing to me. Some of you might say i am overreacting. I just wanted some food after a long shift.

This place is definitely one of the worst Taco Bell’s . I placed an order for nachos and this is what I got a bowl full of chips . Paid money for a bowl of chips I’m so disappointed.

Ordered at qiosk with an option to pay cash at counter. When we approached the counter to pay the Worker asked for our name and did not take our payment and told us to wait for our name to be called. 20 minutes later order still not ready. Approached the counter to see what’s going on, just for same lady to tell us the order never went through and yet we are just waiting on the side of the counter, very visible to her.. Very rude worker. No apology..

Drive through seems efficient but avoid going inside if you can. The workers will literally act like they don’t see you. Even if you ask for help picking up an order they avoid helping and will dismiss you, I’d understand if it were busy but there weren’t any customers in the store, disappointing.
