I placed an order for pick up , my order was wrong , the fried pickles were very greasy , and the sauce that comes with it was all over the place cause the heat melted the cover , I ordered the fifty fifty and didn’t receive any onion rings , the buffalo empanadas weren’t even warm at all ,don’t recommend , the burgers were good tho

I had their smash burger from the no good burger truck and loved it, so I came to check out their store front. First of all, it's so cozy inside. Clean and well kept. Fresh flowers at every table.
Staff is so attentive the entire time you're there. It's the details that get me, like refilling ur glass without even asking. They remove your empty dishes right away. Your main dish is timed to come out after your appetizers. But mostly the best part of the staff was how sweet and pleasant they are. She was observant of our needs. I haven't had service like that in a very long time. I appreciate them there. I ordered the 2x potato skins, double smash burger, and we also got Brussel sprout ceasar salad and a veggie burger with sweet potato fries. I was trying not to fill up on the potatoes, but they were so good. The burger was just as delicious as the truck. I would definitely return.

My family went today for my husband's birthday and the food is amazing. Best burgers hands down. The fruity pebbles milkshake was phenomenal. We will definitely be back . Shout out to the owner for making us feel at home .

Honestly, it’s not what it used to be. We make better burgers at home. The food was beyond salty, tasting like it had been dipped in the ocean. The burger toppings were burnt to a crisp, the burgers were more grease than meat, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable.

I have been going to NGBJ since they opened and they continue to produce excellent food and provide top-notch customer service. The staff is great and the place is always clean! Pop's Burger and Farmer Kev are my favorites burgers and I also have to give a shout out to the Nacho Average Salad in the restaurant. The Double Smash Burger from the food truck is amazing! Great Fries, Tots, Brussels Sprouts...should I go on? My favorite!

Good was outrageously good!!! Mad I never heard of this spot! The workers (seems family owned) were all very nice & outgoing. The menu is filled with so many great sounding options, that ya have to go back to try numerous things. I had to try the vodka parm wings which sounded crazy or different but wow, best of both worlds! The burger? My lord… Burger w/ pulled pork, coleslaw & and few other things on it was one of the best burgers I ever had…. Size, taste, combo of flavors… Definitely don’t skimp out on trying this place. Will definitely be back! Smaller place on the inside so maybe off popular hours to sit & eat would be better if you are in a rush. As we ate, Uber eats or whatever were consistently running in picking up orders so they are definitely doing something right here. So many options makes ya have to go back to try other things, you won’t be disappointed!!
Parking: Might be lucky to get a spot out front but if not, might be able to park on the side street. Shopping center across the street but not sure if they would tow ya if you park there and go across the street.
If your looking for a burger to fulfill your insatiable desire, then look no more . "No Good Burger" has been a unexpected pleasure. One, that will bring me back over and over. My guilty pleasure. The food is delicious, the service , Courteous. A bit small but BIG on making you feel welcome.

The burgers were huge and prepared well. The flavor was good. The major problem here was the service. It was so bad. There's only a few tables and only 3 occupied ones when we went so it's not like they were too busy to properly serve us. From not knowing major ingredients on menu items to having half the menu 86'ed (not available) it just wasn't a good experience. Order take out from here... that's where they excel. ?
