Tony Mac Bakery&Restaurant Baldwin

If you suffer from high cholesterol then this might be the restaurant for you. This was possibly the most bland food I’ve ever ordered.
I’m honestly not sure how they even have a 4.0 rating, unless it’s s difference of chefs.

This is clarify as a bakery, but very little baked good, hard dough bread is good, but not for the price of $8, never ever had I paid so much for bread, ridiculous.

No hospitality or welcoming customer service. There was no greeting…the woman behind the counter watched me walk in and just disappeared to the back. Didnt bother saying a “be with you shortly” or anything. She Just put the bag on top of the counter, gave me my change and walked away. No “have a good day” or “thank you for coming by” etc. Sad that other cultures have more respect and hospitality than my own smh.

This place is despicable. I placed a Door Dash order for ackee & saltfish, which was $18.99. They clearly did not have enough ackee & saltfish to fulfill the order, but because of greed, they sent what they did. What this restaurant and the one in Uniondale usually do, is use a ton of onions and peppers as a filler. You still get a little of something out of it, however. In this case, I had to pick out the ackee & saltfish instead of vice versa because there was barely any. For this, they want to charge almost $20. On Uber Eats, the price was $20.49. When I do order, I primarily order from Uniondale. I didn’t in this case because I didn’t see ackee & saltfish on their menu today. In recent months, I’ve begun to order from them much less and will continue to do so. Baldwin will never get my money again. These places make it really difficult to support them. Why is it ok to increase prices, but skimp on what you’re giving in return? Shame on them. No surprise though.

Authentic JA breakfast! The portions are very big.

They cutting corners now. High price low quality. I asked for a refund and they said they gon call me back, oldest trick in the book. Customer service non existent , staff gets laid to listen to music and use the phone. Tell the Chef find a new day job, cooking is not for them , try supm else.

It was great! They save the day for my husband’s Birthday Breakfast!??

I am so loving this location the staff their is so much nicer than the other location the food is good as always the fry dumplings WOW is the best in Long Island thank you I’ll see you all soon for my fish and fry dumplings .?

The food gets 5 stars but customer service they get zeros stars they are not friendly u greet them they don’t even greet u they are unfriendly an rude I will not go back here even though the food is delicious poor customer service makes my stomach turn! The owner needs to train his cashiers to smile an greet his customers because I will never come back to this establishment they lost a customer! poor up front help! Sad to say I can’t go back to a place that serves delicious food because poor customer service!!!!

This was my first time at Tony Macs. The service was great and the food was delicious!! I ordered the stew chicken and love the new sea moss juice bar!!Definitely a must try, you will not be disappointed. ?

I’ve just had my third meal at Tony Mac’s in as many days, and again I was not disappointed!??? For lunch I had the curry goat which comes well-seasoned with rice and peas, steamed veggies and plantain. To drink I had a number 5 Sea Moss drink called “The Mac Body Heat” to wake up the body made of - Sea Moss, wheat germ, oats, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, roots and something called tigerbone! ???The waitress noted to me on the way out “Look after your wife tonight, the next day you might be getting a welcome visitor from the Creator!Great meal and the medium was mighty big for the money -$25 for the meal and drink! Highly recommended for great food, Garnett Silk music while you wait and the baby maker shake!!!!?????????Honey I’m home!????
