Went and got food about a hour ago with my girlfriend, she ordered a biggie bag and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Once arriving home and biting into my chicken sandwich it was bought to my attention that parts of my chicken patty wasn't fully cooked and chewy, I immediately threw the sandwich out. It's sad I had to post a review like this because I've been going to this wendys for years but clearly the staff and management on shift this afternoon didn't know what they was doing fully.

Went in for a burger.. the attendant had an attitude. No biggie. I settled on a chicken burger and asked her to let the prep staff know that I don’t want any tomato in it. There is no tomato in it. Are you sure? I know my job. Long story short after a few minutes she comes to the teller side again. She drops a packet and the takes the order of another customer. A minute or so later, wondering if it was mine I asked her and she said yes. So she just left it on the counter and didn’t even tell me it was meant for me. And then I get a burger with a tomato pepper blend sauce in it. I have an acid reflux problem but being hungry I ate some of it and trashed the rest away. I have in the past given this place a 5 star review. Management needs to up their game. My receipt no is 2050 in case you find time to look into this issue. The name of the server is llenifer on the receipt.

A very dirty fast food restaurant, don't patronize them, the Spanish speaking employees inside will talk about customers behind their backs in Spanish, it's ridiculous to treat customers like this
