My boyfriend and I came back for the delicious BBQ, and were very pleased with the service. Robert, our server, was just enough. Friendly, joked around a bit and never stopped moving. He was always around, running his butt off on the busy patio. Everything was perfect. Food and drink were all quick to come out, even with how busy it was. Robert even noticed that I really like the one BBQ sauce and brought it out for my Togo without me even asking.

Jeff Rogers has done it again, helping to make Baldwinsville one of the true treasures for any food lover by bringing his fresh and fantastic vibe to the gorgeous canalside of Baldwinsville, NY with some of the best BBQ in all of Upstate NY. If you're on the canal or anywhere near the area, you must make both this restaurant and its sister restaurant Angry Garlic planned stops for delicious food and great times with friends.

Ate here for the first time while visiting family on 7/27 and loved it! The restaurant is spacious and clean, and they have a great outside dining area on the water, that’s where we sat. The meat is smoked and bbqd to perfection. Loved the brisket and the brisket Mac and cheese. The chicken thighs and wings were awesome too. I live in WA, and whenever I visit home (Syracuse) , I want to go to Dinosaur - but this spot is honestly much better. The meat is more tender and even the sauces are more delicious. The service was definitely much friendlier and more attentive as well. Can’t wait to visit again!

Fun place!! Just went here with my sister who was visiting from Florida for a quick cold cocktail & an appetizer. We decided to sit outside which was great. We had a nice shaded area with a nice breeze. Thank goodness because it was a HOT day out. I had a Mojito (FANTASTIC) and my sister had some tropical drink that was on the menu. YES, I took a sip and it was DELICIOUS 😋. Due to it being so hot, we just decided on getting 1 appetizer which was the fried pickles. That was also DELICIOUS. Too bad we had to leave early but I will be back soon to try out one of those awesome looking entrees!! Oh before I forget ...the staff was super kind and attentive and I really liked the fun atmosphere!

Great location. Service was good but it was a slow night when we went. The coma and the salad were excellent along with the mac and cheese. The chicken Sammy was alright but wouldn’t order again. Will be returning due to location.

The location and venue is outstanding. Especially when there is live music. We sat at the bar on Saturday and had a great time driving and listening to music. We decided to try the food. We ordered the smoked tofu platter and the smoked turkey platter. The smoked tofu was surprisingly quite good. The turkey (recommended by bar tender) was seasoned well but unfortunately was dry. Also on the unfortunate side they really skimped out on the pickled onions and jalapenos (arguably the best part of the platter). Otherwise I would definitely revisit angry smokehouse.
