Bryce, the district manager made this experience phenomenal! Had placed an order online for this location through google maps and the online order went to Liverpools. Upon being informed at this location, Bryce overheard and stepped up to personally take care of the issue by canceling, reordering and fastracking my order for a quick, satisfying experience. On tv they advertise 10.99 for the stuff Crest pizza. We ordered it and had it delivered for 5.99 and our total bill for pizza and delivery was 28.60.... I guess the catch which we were not told on the phone is you must pick up to get the pizza for that deal. I really wished that someone or even there TV ad would of said that!!

Baldwinsville location is one of the newest in the area. It opened about 6 years ago, and is very spacious and well organized. The space is open for customers to view pizza production.Food is great and staff/owner is very pleasant.It's tucked away in a less traveled area of Bville, from what I can tell.
