Worst customer service. Brought my 2 kids (aged 7). They wanted to pick out their donuts. Waited 10mins for someone to take our order. (My daughter wanted a pink frosted headlight). 2 workers working behind the counter never greeted id or acknowledged us. They advised to use the kiosk or use the app. I used the app, my coffee came right out and we waited another 10 minutes. I dreaded going up to the counter to ask for my kids donuts, but I did and asked for pink frosted and she gave me green. It’s too bad computers take over from the personal customer service experience. The DD location is super unfriendly. I would recommend going somewhere else. There were 8 (EIGHT) people working!!

Tell me how the same drink tastes different every single time? How do they charge me for cold foam but conveniently forget it? 7 workers on but takes forever to get my mystery flavored coffee?

The last two times that I have placed a mobile order to this location, I have left without my order. The first time due to being told “she probably threw your order receipt out” and not being extended the offer or having the time to have the food made and the second because I needed to leave to not be late for an appointment after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby for an order that was placed about 12 minutes prior to arrival. Both times all order receipts were piled on the counter with no rhyme or reason and the person behind the counter was out of their depth as at least 8 people waited in the lobby.

I am absolutely disgusted with the experience I had this morning. The manager in duty should really work on her people skills & learn how to speak in a respectful manner to her employees. I heard said manager say she was going to write employees up, she also stated whoever created on the go should die. I politely asked an employee to see if she had my ticket as I had been waiting for 10 mins, and people in line who had ordered after me got their food.. her response ‘if she’s asking about food I have all these tickets’ didn’t even let the poor girl speak to her. Disgusting, the manager and the owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves for representing themselves this way and allowing employees and customers to be treated that way.

They are more concerned about the drive thru window then the people who come in to order. First you have to get their attention to even order, then you wait 20 min for 3 donuts and 2 drinks. This happened a few months ago too. We tried it again because we thought they were just short handed last time. But nope, it happened again. I'm 100% done with this place. I'll go to McDonalds, fastrac, or speedway before ever going here again.

Sadly, we had about a half hour between my mom's burial and her memorial service..where to go on a gloomy central New York Thursday? Dunkin' was perfect. Those of us who were hungry could have a croissant and eggs or avocado toast (it was tasty!). Others could opt for some munchkins and coffee. We took up four consecutive booths and it was so relaxing! Thanks Dunkin'!

The young people who work at this store are hard working and very polite and friendly. The food is always good.
Staff is so great every time I stop by. Around Christmas time they had a staff member dressed as Santa Claus. I love when companies allow their employees to have fun around the holidays.
When I go grab my drink, it is not mixed every time and I have to get all wet and mix it up
Stopped by this store just after noon on a Saturday. The coffee was lukewarm and the donuts were stale. A disappointing experience for sure-and a waste of $10
