I absolutely love getting my shakes here but the shakes are not consistent! Sometimes it’s like drinking water. Hope they can improve on this problem. I wanna still be able yo get my shakes here !!

Consistency of the shakes needs improvement. The last 3-4 visits my shakes have been icy with hardly any flavor. I ordered the brownie batter today, one of the original shakes,and there was no flavor and felt like I was drinking crushed ice. My husband had the PB mocha latte and his was blended to a very smooth consistency and had taste. I'm not sure why there was such a difference between our shakes, but, just wanted to share. The service here is always pleasant and the protein balls are always on point!

My work had me try this restaurant for lunch. A great place if you like meal replacements. I am really not in to but still had to give them a shot. Menu has a lot of different soy bean based protein shakes and Metabolic increasing teas. I had a cider doughnut shake and an interesting tasting tea. Give them a try if this is your thing.

Do not recommend this place! It was my first time going and the menu was super overwhelming. They have some odd way of ordering drinking with making you select two drinks. PLUS they had no fresh fruit. How can you claim to do juices without fresh fruit? Dumb. Then I decided to look up the protein shake nutrition facts - garbage. Filled with such high sugar and carbs - you might as well have a McDonald's shake!

Service was good. Definitely not a smoothie shop. Has a pyramid scheme vibe. Meal replacement shake tasted like straight whey protein and they don't have vegetables for their shakes. Wouldn't go here again.

I love every tea and smoothie I have tried so far. I will be trying the protein coffee next as well as different flavors for the protein balls. They taste like real dessert but healthy! Staff was amazing everytime and make suggestions for new shakes to try if you cannot decide. Super helpful and informative when inquiring about ingredients etc. Always pleasant when going in and greeted. I also was given a discount for being a member at the gym right nextdoor to the Liverpool location! My kids even like the shakes when I get them! (My kids can be picky) Zero complaints and will definitely continue to visit every location! Coley
