Took a chance and we were blown away!!! Seated immediately, and we had chips/salsa before we even picked up the drink menu. Our hostess and waitress were really attentive. Hubs enjoyed the all you can eat tacos while I enjoyed burritos. Definitely a do again.

We made the mistake of choosing this place for their Mother's Day Brunch. The only good thing was that we didn't have to wait to be seated. Firstly, they didn't offer a kids menu which meant $25 for a 9 and 6 year olds meal. My wife, daughter, son-in-law and myself also chose something off the Mother's Day menu for the same cost. When the food arrived I looked at my wife with disbelief. You have got to be kidding me, 2 pieces of bacon so overcooked (not sure it was even bacon) it shattered when you bit into it, the sausage was even worse, 3 very small heat and serve you find at Walmart that was totally gross and the French toast was also of the frozen kind, the sides were also very small. To top it off we were charged 22% gratuity for 4 adults and two children...... the cost was $205.71 , what a joke. Never will I ever step foot into this place again..

I couldn’t even get through half of my plate….Soooo bad, terrible chips, salty food, weird inauthentic combinations of flavors, NOT MEXICAN at all. Good if you don’t want Mexican food.

Waitresses ask if everything was ok, I shared that I wasn’t going to finish my food….only to give me a looks of: “too bad” and give me my check.

Was absolutely over the moon when I finally stopped in to try this gem tucked almost under the iconic bridge of baldwinsville with a deck right out onto the water. Not only is the atmosphere perfect for taking you away from the stresses of life the San Miguel way the food is generously pirtioned with a flavor that you can't find anywhere else in Syracuse for Mexican . I'm eternally grateful the owners opened this gem in the village I love.

Went to dinner with friends and sat on the patio in the sunshine. It's right by the Seneca River with a great view of the river and the bridge in town. There was no wait for a table on a Saturday night, and we were seated immediately. We ordered margaritas, which were delicious, and each had a different entree. Everyone was happy with their meal, and everything was fresh and delicious. Service could have been a little quicker with drinks and ordering dinner, but was fine, as we were talking with our friends. Great atmosphere, no band tonight, but when there is, it can get pretty loud

The best thing I can say about San Miguel is that the service and atmosphere were decent. Nothing exceptional, but I have no complaints there. The food, on the other hand, was just plain bad and this was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a while. The chips and salsa came out promptly after we sat down and this was the high point of the meal, although the salsa wasn't anything special. The house margarita was an odd neon green, too sweet and had a distinctly chemical taste, in addition to being far too strong. The menu advertises that they use a homemade mix that's made fresh daily and whether this is true or not is bad for different reasons. If it's not true, then it's a lie and that's bad, in addition to it being the worst commercial mix I've ever tasted. If it's truly homemade, then it's almost worse because of how bad it is, and they should just find a decent commercial mix. The coctel de camarones had far too much liquid for far too little solid contents compared to other versions of this dish I've had elsewhere. In fact, I was hard pressed to identify any solid contents beyond the shrimp and a few bits of cilantro. For a main I had the burritos rancheros, which was definitely the low point of the meal. On the menu the ingredients include chicken, cheese, ranchero sauce, pico, rice, beans and guac salad. No mention is made of what may or may not come on the side, so I think a reasonable assumption is that most or all of those things are part of the burrito. What came out were two tortillas containing a few chunks of grilled chicken breast each and nothing else, covered in sauce with a tiny amount of melted cheese on the sauce. Everything else came on the side. Those are not burritos. To make matters much worse, the whole dish was extremely salty. The dish of the person I dined with was also extremely salty. Overall, it seemed like the food and drinks were made with no effort or care. It would have been a bad deal at half the price.

I love this place! Food is always great, they have a great outdoor seating area on the water in the summer, and their margaritas are amazing and also come in a variety of sizes and flavors!
