Almost all their soda’s were out of order but the staff was great and quick once we got to the front of the line.

This is the only SubWay left in Baldwinsville.
I enjoy their subs ... one tip:
If you order a Philly steak...YES you want it toasted when they ask you . Otherwise the meat goes on cold.
Maybe it was me, but the other store (now closed permanently) always asked if I wanted the roll toasted, they then heated the meat.

Otherwise, good, healthier fast food, friendly staff and watch for those daily meal deals.

Placed my order a little after 7pm on the app. Get there at 740 when the app tells me my foods ready. Walk in, no food. 3 other customers in line. Kid asks if I'm here for an online order. I said yes. He makes me prove that I actually ordered and paid for my food with the app. Then he says his card machine is down and they're only taking cash. After the app clearly already took 34 dollars from me. The kid calls his manager. Hangs up, then helps the other 3 customers without saying a word to me. Probably another 10 mins of sitting there. After the people get their stuff the kid tells me he spoke to his manager and they're sorry but they'll refund me my money. Like why the hell can't I just get the food I paid for. I WAS calm about it. Until he made me wait 10 more minutes before telling me that. What a moron. I'll NEVER be back!

Placed an order online for a salad & a turkey sub. I received a container full of salad toppings (no lettuce at all) and dressing. I did not get the avocado I added to the salad for $1.29 either. I also received a ham sub instead of the turkey sub. I called the store twice with no answer (hours before closing).

We ordered lunch for myself and 3 other coworkers at the subway on Downer st. When I went to pick up the order there was a sign on the door that said they were out of lettuce, spinach and peppers. No employee mentioned that, which you think they would since one of the subs was a BLT. We spent $63 and we got flat subs made with the wrong bread and missing the majority of the toppings. Definitely will not go back. If you want a good wrap or sub go to Byrne Dairy, it's so much better!!

insanely slow it’s kinda ridiculous. i’m not even sure what causes them to move this slowly. countless times i’ve waited my whole break waiting for a sandwich in an empty store.

How do I give this place negative stars. I waited for 20 minutes while one sandwich maker made food for 3 people in front of me. By the time it was my turn , the girl says there are no more wraps, no more rotisserie chicken. Subways you are an awful company the way you setup your teams to fail!One young girl in a store in middle of the ghetto all by herself. Do you have no value in your team. Be ashamed of yourselves as a brand

DONT BOTHER COMING TO THIS LOCATION. Apparently no one can read a simple online order. Asked for extra pickles and olives but instead I got extra banana peppers AND NO RANCH! Uneducated idiots! Ps, I counted 8 pickles!! 8! Stingiest subway around!

Staff doesn’t know how many slices go on sandwiches. I also paid for more meat today and didn’t get that or the original correct slices. Don’t bother with curbside.

Ordered online for pick up, 2 subs, both with the wrong bread, they were out of Doritos, had to pick a substitute. One sub was supposed to have double meat, it did not. Both subs were meals, missing 1 drink. Missing mozzarella on the meatball sub. Ordered online & still had to wait. Maybe the workers should be double checking their orders. Literacy matters. Hubby hates subway, was my choice to go there, they need to step up their game if they want us to return any time soon.

Clean restaurant. Good service. Sub was delish. Rolls are always so fresh and good. Lots of healthy veggie add on options. But I miss the pepper relish!
