Love TACO BELL...really ..who doesn't. The food is awesome and hot!! The crew is very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was pumping with some good music...yep ..they were playing (radio)...but the only thing was, it was just a bit unclean. It looked as if they had a rush of people n hadn't had time to clean and hey...maybe that was the case. Over-all...that certainly won't stop me from going again.

I worked at this location for nearly a year, and for the most part, it was a great environment. The team was supportive, and I enjoyed being part of the crew. Unfortunately, things took a negative turn when the new general manager, Nisha, started.
The atmosphere changed drastically. Nisha often gossiped about employees and created tension among the team. Most upsetting was the way she treated a coworker with autism—constantly picking on her to the point that the employee quit. It was heartbreaking to witness and deeply wrong.
She was a micromanager with very little emotional control, especially under pressure. Instead of being a source of support, she would lash out and make the environment uncomfortable. The turnover rate skyrocketed after she arrived, and many of us felt disrespected. She expected respect from everyone but gave none in return.
What was once a positive workplace became a toxic and discouraging environment. I hope management takes this seriously because the rest of the team—and the location itself—deserves better.

Went to grab food around 8 at night was leaving noticed alot of the crew were vapeing near grills and open food. All young kids whoever the manger is letting them vape how disgusting and I had my kids in the store while there all were doing it near corner by the drive-thru window and grill. They didn't care one bit

Ordered the new chicken nugget meal, got to my car car and noticed the nuggets were missing. After waiting 5min back instead to get my nuggets, I noticed my nacho fries were only half full!!! After going in for the second time, After waiting 10 mins, the staff was VERY RUDE!!! Basically accessed me of lying. Will NOT be returning here again

Gave it another shot after the last poor experience. Winy try again. Ordered online got to the wi dow 5 minutes later.girl at window says it will be a few minutes.no drink just walks away.7 minutes later she returns hands out the food and tells me to have a good night. I ask about the drink she says oh my bad been forgetting all night.. no biggie really but then I go to eat the food.. loaded nachos had a small drop of sour cream very leat meat no beans and no gauc..the gordita was sad all the meat to one side all the veg and chz the other side lettuce looked wilted she'll was hard. The 5 layer burrito was nearly all beans. Overall poor experience I'll avoid for now on

Purchased 2 chalupas at $5.00 a piece +.50 for spicey ranch service was fast and ok store was clean . Took my food to go When I opened my Chalupas there was barely anything in them if a teaspoon of meat and shredded cheese with tiny bit of tomatoes and lettuce It was appallingly that they could even sell what I was served . Being in the food busses over 40 yrs. I know there should be measured amount of ingredients and they definitely didn't use it . Won't be getting food there anymore .
