The Suds Factory River Grill

We had the Deep Sea Voyage pizza and mozzarella sticks. The crust was under cooked on part of it and over cooked on the other part. It was supposed to have a variety of seafood. The only seafood on it was about 10 small shrimp. The mozzarella sticks and the pizza were cold. Very disappointing.

Service was great but my medium well burger was raw. I mean raw. Just the outside was cooked. Had to cook it more when I got home. $33 for 2 burgers , please do a quality check. I got these to go and didn't realize they weren't cooked til I got home.
Resturant is beautiful, I will go back but I will check my good before leaving.

This place is a travesty. The food is inedible and, if possible, the service is even worse. Too bad because the location is fairly nice.

There’s a reason this restaurant has such a low rating. The service was absolutely terrible. It was NOT busy on a Friday night with only one server on and it still took forever to get our food. Was not asked for refills on drinks. We felt like we were bothering them by just being there. The food came out wrong and was missing items. I’ve only been there a couple times and each time I’m reminded why I never even think about going back there. It’s a shame too because it’s such a great location. It amazes me how they stay in business honestly.

So many other places to choose from in the area, don't go here.

Came in an ordered 2 drinks. One alcoholic and one non. One of the cups has flakes of floating around. We were the only ones in the whole place and ordered a cold app, sandwich, burger, and pizza. Took about 30-40minutes for all of it to come out at once. Turkey sandwich was gross. Only thinks actually ok was the fries and chips. Served was just watching tv at the bar the whole time we were there and didn’t ask if we needed refills or anything. Will not return

It was 7pm on a Saturday and we were the only people there for the entirety of our meal. What is going on here? They took the time to decorate. It's clean. Looks normal. Food was nothing special by any means, but nobody wants to go there to even drink? Very strange. We won't be back.

We went to have dinner for 3. The view was beautiful of the water. The service was great. We all ordered different items from the menu and we all really liked our food. There was live music which added nicely to our evening.

The staff is nice but there's not enough of them when and if this place gets busy. The food is just meh.

If the owner is reading this at all, simplify the menu and train your cooks to make 5 to 7 awesome dishes. You are competing with some restaurants in town that offer great food and/or atmosphere. Stop doing the minimum in the kitchen.

And you should know that many in the community wonder if the restaurant is a front for laundering money. Often you see no one in the place and it looks dark. How do you keep a prime piece of real-estate without the business to pay the bills?

Beautiful spot by the river. The menu is more like a lunch menu. Clams were sandy. Food was ok not great. One waitress things were a bit slow. Not impressed. No signage had to figure out how to get in. When you get to the door, it says park across the street a sign in the back of the building telling you that would have been great.

Nice restaurant located on the edge of the Seneca river. Offering lots of outdoor eating space. The staff is very nice. The food is good and priced reasonably.
