The variety of sandwiches was great, I got the fishsandwich and it was not only delicious, but huge! My wife got the Philly Cheese steak that she really enjoyed.The service was very fast and the atmosphere was very nice. Will definitely go there again

This place was good.We were in the area and were looking for a place that had fish dinners.There was plenty of seating inside and outside. It was very warm when we were there, so we decided to sit inside.I had the fish and fries. It was hot and fresh. I would come back and order this again. It was the best fish I had in awhile.

The food was very good, but it took a long time to be seated. We (table of 3) put our name in and waited 45 minutes to be seated. Our friends (table of 2) came 20 minutes after us and were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. We finally got a table after asking if we were still on the list. We didn't mind waiting, but felt like we got forgotten.

Finally getting around to posting my trip to The Wood during Baldwinsville Dining Weeks! Their Dining Week menu sounded the most interesting out of all the restaurants and we had never been here before, so decided to check it out. I wasn't sure what to expect being a restaurant at a golf course, but the food was great!My group and I decided to get all three appetizer options and split them. The PBJ wings were interesting and unlike any other wing I have had before. The bucket of balls were jalapeño poppers and boy did they pack a punch! My favorite was the pork egg rolls with maple syrup. They reminded me of French toast sticks with sausage. So good!For entree, I went with the brisket tacos. There was so much food, I had to take most of it home! The brisket was delicious and the side of fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Despite being very full, I pushed through and made room for dessert. It was a tough choice, but I went with the Jamison bread pudding. It was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside and the Jamison sauce was delicious. My husband had the other dessert option which was brownie a la mode with ricotta ice cream and a Baileys sauce. He basically licked the plate clean! We will definitely be back here during the warmer months!

After a walk at beaver lake my friends and I decided to check this place out for lunch. It's very neat and clean in the dining room. On this Thursday afternoon we were the only patrons eating lunch but several people were at the bar. The bartender was also our waitress and she was very personable and seated us right away and brought over menus and the specials. I got the pot roast with homemade red skinned potatoes mashed. The pot roast was very tender and the gravy tasted like it had some red wine in it and it was very good. The mashed were excellent! I want to come back in the warmer weather and sit in the patio. FYI one of my friends got the turkey club and it was huge!
