The food was great. Parking was plentiful. However, the service was the best I've ever experienced of any establishment in this area. Our food was finished real fast and the person who served my friend and I was so easygoing and professional. Another friendly woman came along quite regularly just to offer coffee refills. It doesn't seem like much, but little things matter. The people who run BHC seem to understand that and it was such a pleasure to visit and spend money...
I didn't get a chance to sample the food although it looked good the place was very crowded, I sat at the counter and was ignored for a good 10 minutes by waitstaff, understandable because it was so busy. Then I saw a huge screen streaming Fox News and looked around at the faces of people staring blithely at it and I knew I was in the wrong place. I left.
My two friends and I were on our way to the Adirondack Balloon Festival. We stopped at Stewart's first. Nothing for breakfast except....muffins!!! So we decided to go down the street to the Cafe. Nice service and great food!!! Thanks!!!
