there was a lady working (around 1pm 7/22/25) and she was quite rude to her fellow workers acting like she was better than everyone else. she then proceeded to mess up multiple orders and then blame the customer and be rude to them saying they're stupid for wanting the food they ordered.

Swung by Dunkin on Christmas morning because caffeine waits for no one. Ordered my usual, but it came out tasting like burnt snow tires. Politely asked them to remake it, and the reaction was… let’s just say, less than jolly.
The whole place had a certain energy like maybe not everyone was thrilled to be there. Coffee got remade, eventually, but it felt like I’d asked for something outrageous, like a sleigh ride or maybe time and a half.
Anyway, cheers to Christmas morning at Dunkin where the coffee’s burnt, the mood’s frosty, and the doors are open because, apparently, they never close. Next year, I think I’ll just head to Starbucks. At least their drama comes with a venti-sized grin. Pay time and a half seriously.

The manager very rude never makes coffee right the way i went inside This morning and asked my husband to make sure it was made right and she said oh we have a special one she should not be a manager. The customer is paying for it. She needs to go. We go everyday. No way to treat customers 😕

I appreciate the professionalism that Kyle and his team had during a very busy time this morning. I placed an online order and the order didn’t go through properly. They were kind and attentive in handling the situation while multitasking with a store full of people. I appreciate that.

Horriable just horrible my wife got a med iced coffee when she went to take a sip there was a long piece of hair in it we called back and explained it to them which was frustrating enough because she couldn’t hear us and said how could there possiable have hair in it well her Mabey because no one there is wearing a hair net but the manager Diane said bring it back and we will remake it so we did and she says to the guy making it don’t get ur hair in it this time like she didn’t believe us and was making fun of us I will never go back her attitude is awful and I encourage all not to go to that location

I was there today at 10:42 am and I watched as my food was being prepared as I always do. The man (Patrick) working placed my eggs directly on the dirty counter without using parchment paper. I let him know that I saw my food just placed on the dirty counter and he said there was a small paper under it which I’m positive was not. Then when it came out of the toaster over I watched closely to see if there was a small parchment paper under it and it was not. He did not even have to throw anything out when he moved my food from the oven tray to my bread and so I explained to him I was watching and saw clearly that he didn’t use any parchment paper under it and he then pulls out some random parchment paper from the trash and tells me those were the ones he used and that was not the case. Please feel free to look at the cameras as I put the time my order was cashed out and it was just moments after that. I did not wish to argue with the man as he had already given me an attitude so I paid for it and left but I threw out the sandwich because I clearly saw how my meal was prepared and I feel that it was not sanitary and i could see the counter itself was not clean. Attached is my receipt.

It's very small store, but the workers are prompt and courteous to serve the food. They provide excellent customer satisfaction and I always feel comfortable to be served by them.

We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches...sausage..egg on a croissant and bacon..egg on a croissant.. They were obviously warmed up on a heavily buttered grill...squished down...almost burned on both sides making the croissants tough to bite thru..my wife also had a LONG HAIR included in her sandwich which was promptly returned and switched out for a Carmel Marciatto which lacked the Carmel syrup and was so bitter than it took 6 sugars to overcome the bitterness..other than that..the glazed donuts were good..

I went in there to buy a coffee and food but had to use the restroom and the black manager keep trying to open the bathroom door the called the cops on me because I was in the bathroom for five minutes and then he keep threatening me and say he can talk to anybody this way because he is the manager of the store. I’ve never had anybody disrespect me like this before for just using the restroom before I bought my food
