How do you mess up a toasted bagel and cream cheese??? Hmmm… I KNOW !!! You DON’T toast it OR you toast it at the lowest temperature possible for 1 split second and spread just a slither of cream cheese on ONE side. THATS HOW !!! Wrap it up all nice and leave it for the customer.
Wtffff I know that is not how you make your toasted bagels and cream cheese for yourself ! So why make it that was for others !?

On the weekend in the evening the crew couldn’t care less about the job they do. See label for sandwich. See completely wrong sandwich. Not a care in the world either. Coffee is often wrong. Bagels are hard. I won’t be back. Keep driving to your next Dunkin over. No more than 10 mins away.

They're probably doing a bacon economy.🤣🤣🤣🤣 I spread this out so that it covers well and shows through, this is $2-3 worth of bacon. There are other Dunkin' branches where they'll throw it like dots, and there's a branch where you'll be happy, they cook it so well, but there's very little space.

These people don’t know the difference between iced coffee and hot coffee. They also can’t tell the difference between hot chocolate and hot coffee. Very disappointing!

This place is rediculious! Waited for over 15mins order was declined and they wanted us to pay for what nothing? Not my friends kid is starving & late for school. Never again we will go else where from now on 🙄😒

Honestly it's a hit or miss but weekends piss me off sm they don't care and mobile orders it clearly says cold foam and they don't do it i rather have my coffee elsewhere disappoint and not worth my money.
I order from the dunkin pretty frequentley, recenlty they hired new people (it is never consistent) manager is never there aswell

noticed a bunch of new hires that always mess up everything and just very chaotic every time i go in. Management is not good and is always screaming at everyone and can’t keep staff under control. Would not recommend.

The dining room is small. Most of the chairs had been removed and were unavailable according to staff. It's kind of annoying to have to sit next to someone rather than across from them. The place does a huge takeout/order on the go volume which maybe is how they like it. Coffee was good just the same ?
