Honestly it's a hit or miss but weekends piss me off sm they don't care and mobile orders it clearly says cold foam and they don't do it i rather have my coffee elsewhere disappoint and not worth my money.

noticed a bunch of new hires that always mess up everything and just very chaotic every time i go in. Management is not good and is always screaming at everyone and can’t keep staff under control. Would not recommend.

The dining room is small. Most of the chairs had been removed and were unavailable according to staff. It's kind of annoying to have to sit next to someone rather than across from them. The place does a huge takeout/order on the go volume which maybe is how they like it. Coffee was good just the same ?

I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts to get my usually drink medium berry burst. I waited online until my turn. When I got to the counter I inform the cashier I wanted a medium berry burst no ice I was refused service and turn away I felt so embarrasses & humiliated I have never been denied service before. Everyone else got their order and I was turned away because I asked for no ice in my drink. I didn’t care if they added water i just wanted my usually drink.i p have sensitive teeth that’s why I don’t order with ice. No one cared to give me an alternative option they just refused me service. This Dunkin’ donut sucks !!!!

Employee was VERY RUDE talking and making fun of my order to another customer not knowing I was there listening the whole time she had no idea the order was for me because the name was under my fathers name regardless if the customer is there or not you should never talk bad about them in front or too other customers it reflects to poorly on the business and makes the atmosphere feel toxic. Who cares what the customer ordered if it’s complicated or not just do your job and make the order you’re getting paid to feed us not judge us. Employees need to keep there comments to them selves even if it’s said in Spanish to which by the way I definitely understand her because I speak Spanish. Just straight up RUDE !!!

Best dunkin' I've been to. We stopped here to charge up our phones and relax. This place was extremely busy and handled it well. Even with the high volume, they paid attention to anyone standing around, making sure nothing was missed.

Employee was using same gloves while making food I ordered croissant with egg and cheese. She was making food and cleaning the counter with the same time using same gloves that’s really not acceptable management has to teach their employee they can’t use same gloves, cleaning while cooking. Thanks.
