Worst Dunkin in Oneida county. Live in town and have to drive all the way to Utica for coffee. Espresso machine always down and has been down this whole week AGAIN. Constantly out of oat milk and almond milk among other things. All the $$ this place makes you would think the owner would just buy a new espresso machine. Can't make half the drinks on the menu and out of half the food items, they oughta just close the place. Most of us in town that spend a ton of money weekly have had it. Pretty sad that I have to go to Starbucks. Some of the crew there is nice and so is the manager, but whoever owns it oughta focus on quality control. Dunkin is like McDonalds with the ice cream machine that never worked, same with the espresso machine. Coffee also tastes burnt half the time. Probably will just stop going there altogether. Restaurants today just want the money and couldn't care less about the customers and their loyalty.

The service for dine in is almost nonexistent this Dunkin is all about the drive thru, the staff totally ignores costumers when the are at the counter the guy in front of me ordered plain coffee and waited 15 minutes for someone to pour him a small coffee

Normally I go here all the time but the last 4 times I’ve been here they always mess up something with my order one time I was getting 2 dozen of random donuts for my daughter‘s birthday they put five donuts in a dozen donuts, box and gave it to me and they were stocked with donuts and the always forget to put the topping I order for my drinks

Idk who the clown was working there 3-16-25 at about 530-6 pm. But he wasn't even remotely good! I get there and there is nobody in drive thru line!!!! Please wait!!!! So I want for 5 min, then finally order, get up to the window. Not even looked at or acknowledged for another 3 min so I just drove away. Like if you want to talk to your bf or brother or whoever, do it on your time !!

So I came here yesterday on Sunday march 16 and I ordered a medium iced latte with skim because they didn’t have almond milk and when I received my latte, it had the taste of being burnt and I couldn’t drink it at all

Coffee always tastes burnt or has an inch of coffee grounds in the bottom, and I mean Always. I've never had a decent cup of coffee here, and I like Dunkin coffee from other locations. And they are always out of donuts and munchkins by like 9 am. If you come later, be prepared to have like 3 choices. The people here have lots of busy work to do. Sometimes they are friendly, but mostly don't know what's going on, and almost always seem to need someone to guide them. Like I'll read something Verbatim off the menu, and they will still be confused by what I ordered. I have to repeat myself a few times, again reading it as they printed it on their menu. It is always frustrating going to this location.
