You know your prime rib be juicy when you leave a ring of it on your placemat. ? This place takes their prime rib very seriously. They were incredulous when I asked for an end cut because you’re only getting one if you time it right. Thankfully, I nailed the timing. In their defense, it shows their dedication to their craft, which is to make the most succulent prime rib in CNY!
Was looking for hotels and came across this. Will have to check the place out when I get there. (Owner needs to update that it's no longer a hotel as it'll keep coming up hotel in Google search.) Place does sound great otherwise so will update my experience when we get there next week!!
