Stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. Originally booked into SOAK but switched to STEAM the second night because the AC upstairs was having trouble coping with the heat. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating with the switch, which was super appreciated! Both rooms were charming, exactly what we expected. Walking distance to some charming places to eat and drink, and a short drive to the grocery store for provisions. Definitely looking forward to booking a future visit, and thanks again for accommodating our change request. Next time we'll plan to visit when the Oasis across the street is open.

Owner was super accommodating and so friendly . Our “steam” room was clean and decorated very artistically. We had such a fabulous stay and Barryville is such a welcoming town. Had coffee at the little cafe and lunch at the oasis. Great experience.

This is a SERIOUS five-star rating and review! Even though they were shut for the day, the staff still served us coffees. It was extremely kind (and I assume a very circumstantial) gesture. But the coffee was brewed perfectly and delicious.

We bought a bag of coffee and he knew to grind is for a Mokka, which is a rare find, and we had a great chat before departing.

When we come back to the area, we'll come back!

Wonderful coffee stop if driving near the town. There are loads of baked goods, drinks, and coffee options. The almond croissant was great. Barista was kind and made our order quickly.

Great little coffee shop with everything you would need. Great cold brew! And nice little seating area off the side where you can see the Delaware! Close proximity to the great Barryville Farmers Market in Saturdays. Check it out!

Stikett Inn is a charmingly renovated old canal house that was used by a lock tender in the 19th century in Barryville, New York. Johnny and Roswell have done a fantastic job renovating the house with charm and style. They have now also opened the Oasis, selling food and hard cider. Barryville is a beutiful rustic town where you can raft on the Delaware River. It is a once in a lifetime experience.
